My friends and I visited Woodruff Park the day before we departed ATL. They was a hiphop festival that took place that Sunday. It was fun, food was amazing and entertainment was vibrant. We even witnessed the rap battle. Just the water fountain needed to...More

Very nice location for the Peach Drop. It was the first time ever that I was able to get close enough to actually see the peach during the count down for NYE compared to the Underground. Plenty of space and security was abundant. I loved...More

A nice park built by Mr Woodruff of Coca Cola fame. Not much around, well kept, but a mixed crowd of locals having lunch, Georgia State students, and homeless. Seems safe and steps away from many nuce restaurants.

If you're downtown and are out and about, this is a nice place to sit for a minute. There are some fountains, some places to sit, and a playground. I wouldn't go out of my way to go here, but if you're there, you might...More

Instead of another skyscraper, people with a sense for marrying trees and concrete together gave birth to a park called Woodruff. A couple blocks from 5 corners metro station it's a refreshing reprieve and a place to people watch, and enjoy a cup of tea...More
