Nice for kids

Yes we paid more than $100 for my son but he had great teacher and experience. It is kids and family oriented, will go back again surely.

Don't br scared by the name "Suicide Six" as the area is anything but dangerous. This is a small ski area that is a good place for families. It reminds me of Bousquet Ski area in Pittsfield, Ma, with nice gentle slopes and a few meandering trails. This is not a challenging area; don't go if you are looking for... More

They certainly make the most of what they have. It's a small area but there are slopes for all levels. Good snowmaking and grooming. We have been season pass holders for three years. Friday afternoons is local elementary school time so don't plan on going then....

I've lived less than an hour from Suicide for 25 years and never bothered, until today: last sunny day forecast for a week, business in Woodstock, so why not try it? Only two slopes open, snow being made and graded everywhere, but the snow on those two slopes was wonderful! What a place to romp while most areas around here... More

It's a good place to learn how to ski. Had so much fun with my friends learning and then practicing!

Skied this area as a kid and it was great to get back. Good range of trails with some nice expert terrain. Small but fun and like New England skiing used to be!

Can't say enough about how accommodating everyone is at this ski slope! They really want you to have a great time and the extra attention they show you really pays off! We can't wait to go back!

Stayed at The Woodstock Inn and lift tickets were free. Charming little ski area -- it's not Killington but for free -- who's complaining!

I've been skiing Suicide Six since I was a very little kid, and I still love to ski it as an adult. The runs are short and the terrain is limited, but it's still a great little mountain. For its small stature, it's actually surprisingly steep, with some nice, challenging runs on the front side and in the glades. The... More

The slopes are great for kids up to about 12-15 years old. The teachers and the lodge personnel are great and the children really enjoy it.
