We were in town just in time for Hurricane Leslie to hit the coast of Portugal. Needless to say, the waves were quite amazing! It was windy and a bit chilly standing so exposed in some areas, but certainly made for good picture taking.

What a sight along this coast in Peniche, the sound of sea, the sun set, the sun rise.......WOW is all I can say and totally utterly recommend it. You can walk or drive, with plenty of spots to park up.

Nice place to walk around and enjoy the views. There's not a lot to do in Peniche so we were happy to spend an hour here. Good for photographers.

This place has fabulous rock formations that are great for walking, stairs down to a viewing area where you can watch the waves crash. Great day out on a beautiful day.
