Wow! This place has touched our hearts. We went there quite early in the morning and besides a few fisherman we were conpletely alone. This place has a long history of shipwrecking, so the feeling of it is quite raw and mystical. It takes just a few minutes to get to the other side, but the views are pretty special. Definitely worth visiting🫶🏻

Wonderful raw coastline with waves braking against the rocks. Very photogenic with lots of views of Peniche and it’s surroundings, invluding the nearby islands.

Absolutely incredible visit to Papoa. You can park nearby, or park in town and walk around here to get the most out of the experience. Stunning views over to the Berlengas Islands.

This place is good for walking, viewing and taking pictures. Good for any age, however, someone should be very careful- some parts are really dangerous. A lot of fishermen any time, many tourists, stunning pictures.

Stunning views looking back on the beaches of Peniche and the para surfers and then out to the ocean but the coolest part are the hundreds upon hundreds of inukshuks on the shores of this massive jutting rock.Gorgeous!

I advise you to wear comfortable shoes. The landscapes are stunning, the paths are not easy but they are not difficult either. There are trails made that give us access to various locations of the rock formations.
