I was given a gift card, so I called in the AM and made an appt for the PM. At no time was I given their cancellation policy. Throughout the day my baby got sick and in the evening he developed a fever. I called to cancel and was forced to reschedule or would be charged a 50% cancellation fee (which no one told me about.) I explained to the receptionist that I had to find out my husband's s hwdule in order to reschedule because he would have to be home to stay with the kids in order for me to go. She "apologize" but said if I did not rescheduled she would have to charge me. However, I was stuck seeing whomever they had schedule me with and her schedule and mine did not agree. I ended up choosing a late mid-week time. The day of the rescheduled appt came and they called me saying I was supposed to be there (apparently they wrote me down on the wrong time) and when. I explained to the receptionist that they made a mistake because there was no way I would've scheduled it for the time she said (being that I had a weekly commitment at that time) she said she could not fit me in the later time (which was supposed to be my time to start with) and could not reschedule me again and would have to charge me the 50% fee (even tough they made the mistake.) Can you believe these people? THEY ARE BULLIES, LIARS, DECEIVING THIEVES and I do not understand how they are still in business. The are the WORSE PLACE/PEOPLE. DO NOT GO THERE!!!…

The therapist are decent. The Management and the RECEPTIONISTS there are a bunch of DECEIVING THIEVES!!!!! DO NOT GO THERE!!! I went there with a gift certificate and was “tricked” into joining their yearly program. I told them I was not ready to commit for a year and was told by a receptionist with a nose ring that if for any reason I was not satisfied to just call and she would cancel my subscription “wink wink”! It was all a lie! After several attempts at canceling that year long subscription they have ignored my requests/emails/messages left for the Manager. My therapist was never available on the days I was available to see him they still charge me $70 every month wether I go or not. If I asked for another therapist there were no appointments for 2-3 weeks. This place is a rip off! STAY AWAY!!!!! Mario Fajardo…

Having moved here from out of State i was trying to find a replacement for my prior medical massage therapist. I tried this place twice and though anxious to please me, it became clear they really didn't have massage therapists with good neuromuscular therapy training. Definitely good if you want just a relaxing Bali massage. Go elsewhere for serious medical massage. I did find one in Manassas Park.…

I went there many times until I moved to Myrtle Beach. I love the lavender aroma therapy add on to the hour and half massage. And if you really want to treat yourself add the foot scrub (if your feet are not to tickle-ish).

I am active duty and travel a lot. I wasn't able to schedule appointments at many locations across the country as they claim bc they don't all honor massages paid for at other stores. Because of this I built up 7 unused massages. I talked to Manassas massage envy where i was sold the membership and explained that I was having a difficult time using my massages at other locations across the country and thought it better that I cancel my membership once my year was up. It was only after I cancelled that I was informed I had forfeited the massages I'd paid for but couldn't use. Massage therapists here are great. The company however lacks severely in customer service and honoring the deal they sell you. …
