We did the AIDA 1 Freediving course with One Breath, which was a great learning experience. Everything was clearly explained especially all the safety aspects of freediving.. David is a very professional instructor who made us feel very comfortable in the water learning the techniques . I would highly recommend One Breath if you want to do free diving.

If you are visiting Malta and enjoy spending time in the water, there possibly isn’t anything more appropriate than learning how to stay there for longer and observe the marine life. I had my eye on One Breath Freediving before we left for Malta and had no expectations. I can now say how pleased I am with the experience (AIDA 2) and what nice person and good teacher David (the instructor) is. He makes you feel safe and relaxed so you can embark on the amazingly exciting yet meditative journey of freediving. My only advice is that you would feel more confident and get more out of it if you are able to swim.

Igor was excellent in teaching me the methods and techniques outlined in the SSI1 And SSI2 courses. He put in the extra time to ensure I understood all the courses theory and safety procedures which made me more comfortable and relaxed in the water.

Had been wanting to try freediving for a while and this course was perfect. David is a really relaxed and patient instructor. Takes the time to go through all the material and makes sure its fully understood. Professional in his approach but also makes the course relaxed and enjoyable. Final day we went out and did a few dives on one of the wrecks. Would definitely recommend this for anyone looking to try freediving while already being confident in the water.

I came to Malta with my partner and his family for my partners 30th birthday, it was on his bucket list to learn to Freedive. I could not have been more pleased with the experience, he loved every minute and now wants to do more! David was a very calm and patient teacher, especially as i was far less confident than my partner. David took the time to adjust and get to know his students and never pushed. Malta itself is a great destination for Freediving with warm sea temperatures and good visibility. I especially loved the boat trip David organised on our 4th day, jumping off the boat into the sea, snorkelling, Freediving and even feeding some fish underwater was a beautiful end to such an amazing experience. Thank you David!
