Maltaqua is a very friendly diving school, with experienced instructors catering for many languages from what I could see. Surely a must to go if you are curious of learning diving. Well located on the main road in St. Paul's Bay, easy to find. Not far from any diving site after all too.

Maltaqua is certainly one of the most reliable and safe dive centers in Malta. It's great for learning to dive. The underwater visibility and the underwater rock formations are great in Malta. However, if you want to see fish or a large variety of other sea creatures, Malta in my view is one of the poorest locations in the Med.... More

Just returned from a week diving with maltaqua. The team in the office were very professional and helpful. Our guide for the week was David. He has encyclopaedic knowledge of the dive sites and gave very informative briefings. Malta is renowned as being an excellent shore diving location, but I would recommend adding a few boat dives. I particularly liked... More

About 7th visit here. Excellent facilities, with mixed gases available, and a well stocked shop. Not a lot else to say - anything you need for diving is here. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Linked accommodation is self-catering. Comfortable, clean and modern. I hope to be back soon!

Ive had a very enjoyable time with a great company, instructors, staff, and accommodation on a wonderful island with so many good sites to choose from. Even from the start before booking the correspondence and information were 2nd to none and this helpfulness and customer care continues throughout. I fully recommend Maltaqua and look forward to seeing you all again... More

This company was recommended by friends and our initial contact was great. However our initial guide was terrible, based not on the company but on the guide. the guide was arrogant and rude. Upon entering the water one of our group had a problem with his ears at a shallow depth, about 5 meters. The diver decided because his ears... More

I apologise for the Instructor's handling of the situation. There is no excuse for rudeness. I only wish that you had told us of this when you returned to the dive centre after the dive, so we could have taken immediate action. For your information Mark is no longer in our employment as his contract ended on the 31st of... More

Having planned a full week of wreck diving, we were looking forward to the first contact with Maltaqua. What a good start! We were picked up by Willem on time who took us to the divecenter. The Girls at the office handled the paperwork while Willem prepped tanks and weights. He then took us on #P29 and #Rozi for two... More

Having literally only qualified as BSAC Ocean divers the Sunday before we traveled to Malta from the UK we were total novices really. Agnes and her team took care of every slightest detail you could think of. Such a professional group of friendly genuine people you would not find anywhere else. The days dives were arranged to suite individuals and... More

This was the first time I had been to Malta diving. Maltaqua was the company I went with, and they didn't disappoint. I'm reasonably new to diving, and was a bit apprehensive as I went by myself. I need not have worried, the staff at Maltaqua were friendly, very knowledgeable and put me with an experienced diving instructor, Jason. Jason... More

Not the first time that I've dived with Maltaqua but as the last time was over a year ago, I was slightly apprehensive. There was no need to be as Agnes, Anna and Simone provided all the reassurance I needed. My first dive would be 'a gentle one' where I could refresh my skills and under the very capable guidance...
