All the cinema decorations are old, not taken care of, lots of trash all over the place. They accept only cash (if you decide to go there think of that in advance).
The whole location looks like a place for homeless people rathar than a tourist attraction. Not worth your expences and time!

Due to unforeseen circumstances we missed our scheduled start time for the tour. The tour guide then rushed us through. He did not really seem interested in us and was, in fact, quite rude. This is a place with huge potential but sadly, the tour would put me off recommending this or going again.
There was an interactive part where our kids could make their own movie. That was quite fun.

Was expecting something with a bit of filming going on but found a scrapyard of old cinema props and buildings. There was some evidence of building work being put up (by one person) and there is a movie themed cafe but it all felt a bit run down.

It is an interesting place, but nothing outstanding. A medley of elements of different epoches, not that large in number though. Moreover, the place looks quite deserted and untended.

you need to travel by car (or bus) to get there, but once you are there, they will let you dress up like a soldier (you chose which side) and then they show you round and tell you how the movie Riga's Sargi was made. Very exciting.

An outdoor coulisse city with a lot of surprises for the visitor. Whilst strolling around coulisse and backstage of old and current film sets you can get an inside view on how films are done. From old railroads to french or german streets, from a medieval fort to an upright fuel truck...everything is close by and worth to look at. Best for families with kids and definitely only on days without rain.

At Cinevilla we stopped for a 2 hours break. As a child I dreamed to be a part of a filming crew and finally there my dream almost became true.
The decorations take you in an unrealistic trip where the present interacts with the past.
There is also a lovely Caffè with same movie style decoration which I assume that is more open during summer season.
Was impressed to find some apple trees in the middle of decorative houses.
On the train there are displayed a range of photos related to many movies which underline the use of Cinevilla and its artistic results.
