Easy to find location, plenty of downtown parking options. We booked the 2 hour tour, because it started at 10am. The 1 hour tour didn't start until 12:30pm. We have done Segways before, so our orientation did not take long at all. We zipped all throughout the city with ease. We felt very safe with Matt navigating city streets and... More

Did the 1-hour Richmond tour with a group of coworkers as a fun outing, lot of teammates are not from VA so the history tidbits were great for them and I even learned a lot despite living in Richmond my whole life. As for the segways, I always wanted to try one as I thought they looked fun, truth is... More

First of all it was a great day out to see Richmond and her beauty. The 1-hr tour was just long enough for me as it was my first time on a Segway. Matt was really cool and personable. Loved the standoff with the guard on the capital grounds. Brown's Island was beautiful under the sun and clear skies. Great... More

Great retail location, a few parking garages within a block, unique building and layout. The building itself is located in a great historic location and has a great story of its own. Everyone was very hospitable and welcoming. Training was thorough, challenging, and fun! We took the Richmond landmarks tour and used the full 2 hours. Of the other tours... More

Not everyone can bike 25 miles, yet just about anyone can with an electric bike. Using power assist when needed, this beautiful ride on an unexpectedly warm Saturday in February was the best birthday I could imagine. An added treat was ending at the Berkeley Plantation for a tour and a delicious boxed lunch while looking out on the James... More

A little confusing as to which this was. Definitely the RVA 2 hour trolley tour that meets at Segway! But I think people get confused. Second time I have taken this. Both times with Melissa and Roscoe. If you only have two hours and want an incredible overview by an historian who really shares her passion for the city, this... More

It's definitely a 5 stars experience. I highly recommend it! It's very easy to learn. Don't be afraid. Matt is a great teacher. He will teach you how to ride on it. Stephanie is so friendly. She told me so many different things to do and to eat in downtown. Overall, great experience :) thanks guys.

I was very pleased with the experience. My guide was very safety orientated...and as I was not skilled I appreciated his close attention very much. There is a practice session at the beginning to provide orientation about the segway and advice on tackling the upside and downsides of hills. We travelled on pathways, roadways, cobbles and bridges, covering a fair... More

Here's the beer tour: driver takes you to a brewery, leaves you there for 45 minutes, picks you up. Repeat twice. Total waste of money. Learned nothing about the breweries and because it started a little late and some whiners on the bus "had to get home," our last stop was only 20 minutes. Save your money and use it... More

Personal "tour" of the city. My son and I were the only two signed up for the 5 o'clock tour. My son is not interested in historical sites but is interested in adventure and spending fun times with me. The guide was happy to show us a fun time and some of the city. Even though the tour was only... More
