A few steps from the natural spa, for €15 per person you can relax as much as you want in its sulphurous water pools.
Thanks to the two new outdoor pools and the circular swimming pool, also outdoors, it is now certainly an excellent alternative to more distant destinations.
Paid hairdryer (8 minutes €0.50), changing rooms included in the entrance ticket.
Bring a bathrobe, cap and slippers.

We could not even get in given the poor reception. No respect for the Traveler. Greeted by a woman who screaming could only repeat that parking spaces are reserved for those who visit the spa, without even giving us information (we were there for the spa!). Too bad because the place looks really nice. Overly rude and not inclined to welcome.

The lady at the ticket office, almost annoyed, with her cell phone in her hand, without saying hello and the only thing she told me was what time it closes. Poor welcome service, except a clean-shaven guy who gave me all the directions and information leaflet. The clean and well-structured environment.

You are in paradise but the management is painful. SORRY, we have a gold mine in Sicily, these spas are wonderful, but unfortunately the staff seems to be doing you a favor by staying there. Alas, if you ask for information you have to take it with a pinch of salt... the structure deserves more. There will be around 6 swimming pools, with thermal waters that smell of sulfur, some less hot where children can access them, others too hot, children cannot access them, rightly so.
The thing that struck me most were the white plastic chairs from twenty years ago. Please throw them away, they are terrible. The dirt of hair in the dressing rooms... cleanliness is essential in such a beautiful place. Sin. The structure deserves too much. Too bad, sorry. However, they are absolutely worth doing. Enter without looking too much at the details, and relax.

A big pool is located outside and smaller one inside with waterfalls and massage. Temperature was about 37 degrees Celsius. There was a smell of sulfur, however not so strong as I thought. It is better to come in afternoon, when sun is less active and you can enjoy a beautiful view and hot water without getting burnt. Skin after was amazing. Moreover, you can rent a hairdryer there, ask on reception desk, but you should bring your own towels. Swim caps are required but if you don't have one you can borrow it.

We have decided to visit the Terme on a Monday afternoon and we arrived there around 17pm. I asked at the reception if we could do the mud bath and the massages. They told me that the mud bath are available only in the morning and the massage we have to book it and wait until 19, so 2 hours. I asked, why don't you guys explain everything on the website and the life guard told me that on "THEIR" website everything is explained. I then asked if i could just use the toilet and leave, in the toilet i could not lock the door, there was no toilet paper and no soap. The place is kind of old and bad maintained, feels like to be in public sauna in North Korea. The staff is not kind at all, they do not smile and have an arrogant expression on their face, maybe they are not happy of working there. Later i checked "THEIR" website again and it is nowhere explained when and how the treatments are available.

nice pool and hot springs in a really interesting area near Alcamo with Greek Temple and Theatre. The natural beauty is amazing and spa services are available. We did the sulfur detox wrap and it was amazing...

This hot springs tucked away on a country lane is the happening nightspot for the locals of Castellamare and the surrounding areas. We went on a Saturday night in March and the place was hopping with couples and groups of local teens. Everyone was friendly and having a good time hopping in and out of the 3 hot pools under the night lights. Highlight of the evening was when they turned on the jets in the large jacuzzi-like pool! Even though the night air was chilly, it didn't seem crazy to be hanging out in a bathing suit mid-March. Changing rooms are clean; the water is soothingly hot, but didn't feel too sulphur-like. Be sure to take your own towels and flip flops to pop between the pools. On a return visit during the day, it was a different scene entirely--older people enjoying a relaxing day.
