Have a look to the pictures and you can easily imagine what you can discover in this place. Sea is deep blue being a segment of Adriatic coast that drop on the sea from the top of hills. Surrounding are full of nice town to be visited. Food and drinks Rosso Conero wine and verdicchio or bianchello superb white wines.

Well worth a couple of days travelling around and/or sitting on one of the many beaches. A reasonable level of fitness is required but there are buses along the coast.

Beats the west coast by 1000 times, although the beaches are rocky. Water is clean, prices are very inexpensive, food is magnificent.

Great place to strall, enjoy nature, the sea with beautiful stonesand gravel beaches. We visited after-season with the dog and had a great beach walk. Don't miss to taste the local collected mussels (cozze) best at the restaurant il Molo.

The walk start with a climb up the hill of about 1.5 hours. On the top you have a fantastic view over the city. On top of the hill... More

I can't even begin to explain how beautiful this area is. Mountains, lakes and gorgeous beaches. It really is a little area of paradise on earth. There are lots of walks that you can go on to visit various beaches but do get a map from the visitor centre ad my only criticism is that the walks are not always... More

I see lot of excellent reviews here so might be I was there in wrong time, but the quality of sea was far from every Croatian coasts I've visited. Surrounding was nice same like in many places in Liguria, Toscana or Puglia.
