Top spot for European football

You can't argue with 13 screens and a very decent pint of Guinness (better than most UK pubs). If I lived in Cambridge or Boston this would be my football pub.

If your looking for a drum and bass night on a Thursday. This is your spot. I am not a huge fan of the music. But there was definitely a crowd for the venue. I would like to come back on the weekend and see how the different nights are. But if your a DnB guy. This is your spot.

Took the kids in the afternoon to watch the 8pm ko back home and they were very welcome. Great atmosphere, good beer and nice food. Football fans from anywhere will enjoy.

If you're supporting the team against Liverpool then you might find yourself a bit outnumbered but this place is 'the place to watch football'. Whenever I'm over from the UK I watch the matches at PL and the atmosphere is great!

The Phoenix has been doing some kind of variation on '80s nights on Fridays and/or Saturdays for years. They're always a good excuse to go out for some low-key dancing to easily accessible music. No dress code, low cover, and all around a pretty good dependable night out.

It's girls night out at Phoenix Landing - nearly every time I go there are more girls than guys but it's OK because after 10 pm it's a dance party sing along - not really a guys scene. HOWEVER, they also open early for soccer matches and they have a lot of TV screens throughout the bar so you can... More

Resident DJ Lenore pushes some awesome Drum and Bass at Phoenix Landing every Thursday night. We went for the night-cap to an awesome bachelor party. Although it looks like the crowd there has changed over time, it's still a pretty fun night. The drinks aren't overpriced either. However, there is a $5 cover.

Being somewhat tired and slightly desperate for some food on a Friday night along Mass Ave., near the hotel at MIT, we settled for the Phoenix Landing. To say this place is a dive is probably overkill. I guess it's what one would expect for a Boston sports bar but the food was mediocre (how do you overcook nachos?). But... More
