No Static

Went to see No Static - pretty good cover band and a really cute space. They don't oversell tickets so you don't feel crowded. There was plenty of room to dance too - all in all... read more

Worst place in the world Rick the manager was rude and condescending. Waited 15 minutes for service, then told the kitchen was closed. Came back a week later , and was told we would have to pay a cover charge for the band that was coming on in a half hour.

We had a Groupon for Ryles for food. We went around 6:30 PM on a Saturday, and the place D-E-A-D. We were literally the only customers. I though they were closed, but they were not. Apparently the live music doesn't start until 9:00 PM. That's OK, but there was not even any background music. It was very strange - no... More

Thought we would catch some jazz. Rules had a six piece band so we went. The band did a lot of jamming and improvising, if you like that kind of thing. We bought our tickets online, but they couldn't find them and that was a hassle at first. The guy behind the bar was looking almost homeless - crazy hair,... More

Not much to say, the place didn't really have a nice vibe for me. It was kind of empty and most people there were not my age (33).

Went with some friends for Sunday morning brunch, not expecting much. (On a Sunday morning? Are you kidding? All the good bands have been playing all Saturday night! ) Well, was I ever pleasantly surprised! The quartet who was playing in the morning was excellent and the food was good to boot....I would definitely recommend you try out the Sunday... More

OMG, jazz, are you kidding! Don't bother. Bad wedding bands go here to retire. Had to wait until the set was over to leave.

Visited Ryles for the Sunday jazz brunch and wholly recommend it. The acoustics of the room are great and the big windows provide nice light. The musicians and vocalist were wonderful to listen to and the volume was perfect. Our server was friendly and attentive and the overall feeling in the room was convivial as people hugged musicians and asked... More

What is there to say? Jazz Brunch Sundays have become a tradition in our family. A relaxed, fun atmosphere, consistently good food, wonderful Mimosas and Peach Bellinis, all cheerfully served by the friendly wait staff. Add to that the engaging and hugely enjoyable performances by the Patricia Adams Quartet, and you've got a win-win situation. Patricia must be one of... More
