Amazing hot spring and spa - but even more! Very clean locker room, high end services. You are given a robe, towel and flips with your reservation. The women's locker room had everything you would expect from a spa - including private changing rooms if you wish, makeup mirrors, boot storage, private showers and obviously lockers. clean floors and benches... We paid for the general admission and brought our own towels. I would advise bringing some flip flops as it was cold on the feet walking about. There was free face mud mask around that was lovely to put on. The wrist bands are an excellent idea to get a drink in the lagoon and lunch. We all had such... More

My husband surprised me with a trip to the Blue Lagoon Clinic for my birthday. It was wonderful, staff were helpful and traditional self-serve Icelandic breakfast was included. It consisted of Skyr (the high protein/fat free secret to healthy living)and toppings, fresh smoothies, juices, cliff and teas, freshly baked reads and pastries, meats, fish, veggies, fruits and spreads. The room was... More

This is it. The beautiful blue lagoon where you can soak yourself and do a mask. The view if breathtaking especially when sun is rising but it can be crowded and extremely cold in winter.

What natural beauty, worth a trip to see the lagoon even if not bathing. Beautiful blue water naturally heated by the volcanoes In the spa facilities are clean and well presented. The water is hot bath temperatures with bar facilities in the water

A geo thermal spa in the countryside of Iceland. Not for the cheap a heart as it is pricey. we enjoyed it immensely. The Spa building is spartan. lots of glass and concrete. When you arrive you are given a choice of levels. If you are there as we were in the winter, take the level that offers you the... More

We had a nice time at the Blue Lagoon on our second day in Iceland- arrived just before 10am, which must be around when they open as it became more crowded as the time went on. Women's space was very nice and clean- plenty of showers, lockers and hair dryers for after. Q-tips and makeup sponge removers were also provided... More

we went both in the winter and at night, so our experience wasn't quite the 'hazy blue water and amazing photographs' i expected- and let me tell you, it was awesome. visiting at night gave everything a surreal quality- people appearing and disappearing in the mist, snow capped hills on the edge of the pools, huddling in the warm water... Many companies offer a trip here en route to/from the airport, so out of curiosity I dropped in. Unfortunately the weather was awful when I was there, and didn't feel like stripping and sipping cocktails like a ton of other tourists there. It was hard to get a feel for this 'natural phenomenon' through the tourist trap. It's a very... More
