The lady charged us 10 euro each and it was terrible ...mud everywhere and no space to leave your clothes since it was raining ....worst experience so far ...didn't even get into the water

There is now a lady collecting an entrance fee, so take some cash! We are driving to get some cash before we go.

We were told by our airBNB host about the hot spring. Without much information beside it’s located in Hruni, we searched the web and found some very basic instructions, drive towards the town you will see a hand-written sign, then follow the sign. Yeah, right?...More

Love the scenery and experience of dipping in hot springs surrounded by lush green rolling hills around you! So charming!

This is a real hidden germ of the beaten track. Enjoy the moderate hot water, maybe 35 C. We have been there at a rainy day which made it even worth more. You can undress in the hut. Little muddy path to go there.

Definitely the highlight of our Iceland trip! It is so quaint and clean! Clear water with an amazing view and is much more comfortable to sit in and enjoy than other hot springs we visited! Would 100% recommend!

This was a really lovely spot for a dip in a hot spring. It is fairly accessible, just a short hike over a knoll when you're there. Plenty of places to check out around it as well. The first time we stopped by there were...More

Hi there! This pool is out in the open, with no fences nor staff guarding it. It's basically open 24/7, but the parking spot is available 8:00AM-7:00PM and parking overnight is prohibited. So you'd need to drive to Fluðir or... More

it is very clean, but doesn't have much space. If you see more than 15 people in it, prepare to have a tight space!
