Needing a new pair or runners, I was informed the only place open after 6pm on a Saturday was White Oaks Mall. I made it to the large and friendly sports store by 730pm (Ricks Sporting Goods from memory) and purchased a new pair - after finally tracking down an assistance for some help on sizes and recommendations. On a... More

I absolutely love this mall. It is huge, two floors with four wings on each floor. A huge selection of stores and food courts are available. Coming from the small town of Quincy, this mall is stupendous.

What a great mall, and it's huge. There's something for everyone. The entire mall was clean, and many sales were to be had in honor of Memorial day. We'll visit again the next time we're back in Springfield.

We visited this mall while in town about a year ago and while it was nice, this trip seemed more energetic and vibrant. A very nice store selection, very clean and bright.

Like many malls from the 80's, this is a nice mall with a few anchor stores, a small food court, a children's play area, plenty of parking and only a few empty stores. The staff seemed friendly and the mall was a nice place to shop.

This is just like any other mall in any other big city. Stores for skinny people, and nothing unique. The few stores for overweight people were so high priced, it was ridiculous. (Especially Torrid, and the people working were VERY annoying and pushy). Not impressed by the mall. Same ole same ole.

My first time at this mall. I've heard good things about it for years, and it did not disappoint. Very clean, nice selection of stores.

White Oaks Mall has been a fixture in Springfield since the late 1970's. The anchor stores include Bergner's, Macy's, and Sears. Other stores in White Oaks Mall include Dick's Sporting Goods, Teavana, H&M, Aeropostale, and Victoria's Secret to name a few. There is a food court here but the selection is limited. Overall, White Oaks is a good place for... More

Enjoyed a family fun day at this location. We got to shop and have fun at one location. Rode the train, carousel, a few ride on rides and stopped by the play area. My son loved it and had a blast while I was able to enjoy shopping at a few of my favorite stores. Michael Kors was one of... More

The typical early 80s mall that cannot keep up with handier strip malls and online shopping. Not much new and lots of empty stores
