Well presented layout of the rocks and iceland spar to interest those wanting to know more about the formations of the different rock layers. Overlook an amazing formation to the west of the town

Pieces of ancient lava from eruption in 1800s and newer lava dust from 2010 Eyjafjallajokull eruption laid out in bowls that said "please touch" - so I did!

This is a rebuilt old house . Inside they preserve a bit of their old history. The rebuliding show a very nice work and gives a backflash into how people lived before. Inside when I was there two girls interested to show you around.
