    Small and nice beach
There are sunbeds&umbrellas, 3 e for a sunbed, 1 e umbrella. The shower is 0.5 e. Many parking spaces, a beach bar where you can also eat something: grilled souvlaki, sausage, sandwich, salads. Toilet and changing space. The guys that served at the tables are very king. Very good for snorkeling, at the sunset you can see octopus, cuttlefish. In the right, around the corner there is a small beach. Many fish in the water, in the left side the water is colder.

    SPIAGGIA EASY

Preporuke

Came upon this beach by accident when our satnav led us up a dead end in Sivota. Parked behind it in a huge, free, very dusty and empty car park and walked through a beach complex to get to it. Narrow but long beach with lovely outlook to sea of little islands and moored boats, but beach itself was quite dirty (rubbish lying around) and a lot of Ants. Very pebbly. My friend braved it in shoes and found the water lovely but we weren't impressed overall. We were at the end away from the harbour. Too uncomfortable to lie on with the Ants, so we left after 30 minutes. On plus side, it has a hoist with chair opposite the grassed area for those with mobility problems. New build going on at the end near Neri Beach.

While on our vacation in Syvota we have visited Dei beach. Owner of the beach and restaurant, a very rude person, threw us out of the beach saying it is his property. We have eaten in the restaurant and after that we wanted to spend some time on the beach. Sunbeds for rentals were awful so we decided not to rent them. He them said we have to go. When we said to him that we were his patrons in the restaurant and have already left a lot of money to him, that his sunbeds are not good, he said I dont care just go... We have never be en so insultet on a vacation. I would not recommend this beach to anyone.

It took about 30 minutes to walk from harbour, but well worth it. Lots of natural shade from olive trees, lots of beds and a lovely beach café, which always offered small meze with drinks.

The best beach by far: furthest North at end of coastal road, 3E for bed, natural shade from olive trees. Beach itself lovely, nice swims both sides. Quiet, communal, bar and grill. Loved it.

Thank goodness this beach has not gone the way of many in the area of over sophistication. There are a few sunbeds on the beach with more above on a grassy area under the trees. There is a taverna with a lovely area of tables set amongst the olive trees. Sunbeds and umbrella was 3 euro. It is an easy walk from the harbour along the cost and you can view a couple of other beaches as you go.

Nice to look at a pic of the beach but not as nice in real life with lots of bathers Especially not welcoming at the entrance to the beach is the tall pylons of the energy company from which the beach name comes from.

I loved olive trees and their shade during whole day. Beach is small but nice and clean. As we heard it is a privately owned beach, but they are very friendly. There is also a small cafe, they serve all kind of coffee, drinks, ice cream and sandwiches.

Dei beach is 2 km north of Syvota and can be reached by car if you have an idea where you want to go, because the road signs are not very clear. There is enough parking space under the trees, on both sides of the beach.
The beach is narrow, with small pebbles, having only two rows of sunbeds. There are other sunbeds on the grass, under the shadow of trees. Any how the beach is not very crowded and usually is used by the tourist having a car.
We stayed about 6 hours on that beach having three long rounds of snorkeling. The water was warm and very clear.
We went for snorkeling on both sides of the bay, but the impressive underwater landscape appears only after swimming round the right cape and entering on the secondary beach known as Dei Plus Beach. This beach is mostly used for nudism.
There is a swimming shortcut to enter from Dei bay into the Dei Plus bay but the water in this passage is very shallow (40-60 cm) and you should be careful not to scratch your legs on the rocky bottom.
The underwater landscape in dai Plus bay is impressive mainly on the right side of the bay and the water goes deep there (8-10 m).
On the left side of Day bay the water is less deep (2-3 m) and you will see some sponge vegetation. On this side only the shoreline is rocky. The bottom is mostly sandy with large portion of seagrass.

On my snorkeling marking scale the score for Dei Beach left side is 3.5 from a maximum of 5 points, but for Dei Plus bay it can be 4-4.5 points.

We've been coming to Sivota regularly for the past few years but had not really explored the section of coast just beyond the main harbour on the right-hand side as you face the sea. There is a little road that leads uphill behind the waterfront and meanders up and down for about a couple of kilometres past various kinds of tourist accommodation and organised beach areas with various facilities. It's most easily reached by car.

DEI Beach is, in fact, just a little further up the coast from the more well-known and touristy Zeri beach but has a completely different feel. It is a wide, pebbly beach with a lovely view of the uninhabited, lush green islands opposite, with rocks at either end and a small rocky island just off the shore on the right-hand side. If you just stand on the beach and face outwards, it seems totally unspoilt. The beach has some shade at the back and nothing on it apart from a few rickety sun beds and umbrellas for rent. There is a wooded area behind the beach where you can park, find a sun bed with a view but more shade than the beach provides, or have something to drink in the quiet cafe under the trees, which is so natural-looking and understated that you hardly notice it unless there are people at the tables. It's a lovely, peaceful place to spend the day by and in the sea and U imagine it would be really wonderful on a sunny day during the winter.

The only thing that slightly mars the impression is the huge and unsightly power pylon rearing up out of the trees right next to the beach, with others behind leading off into the distance. It is actually from this that the place gets its name - Electric Company Beach. I imagine that this came about before the area began to expand rapidly as a resort and this spot would then have been quite a way out of town and that those who put it there were concerned with expediency not aesthetics but, still, I feel it is a bit of a pity.
