The beauty of the beach does not exist!but the excessive crowd and the countless boats noticeably spoil it
Access is only by sea and has no beach bar sunbeds etc
No one has taken care of the boats approaching the lake or having a platform, so the boats come right on the coast and people swim next door
In addition the cost to take you and bring you is at 12.50 euro per person with routes every half hour
K to justify the "sell" as a cave cruise and outdoor ride
Too bad for nothing

Used the hourly water taxi from Sivota to get there (Euro12.50 for the round trip). It's a small gravel beach. Water is very clear, with lots of fish etc. But it was very crowded, with large tourist boats coming & going, and many people swimming. There are no facilities there.
Its certainly a fun place to visit - but only for an hour or two.

We rented a boat for the day to visit several “gems” around Sivota. We came quit early to The Blue Lagoon (Pisina beach), but already there were lots of small and larger boats ankered up. There were also quit a lot of people at the small beach.
Anyway, the water was clear and there were lots of fish in the water. We jumped from the boat and swam ashore for a short while. Nice to see, but not a place to stay for more than a short hour.

The beach is truly beautiful but you cannot swimm cause there is huge traffic by boats that come ashore to let or get people and by touristic boats that come and go every minute. The glass botom boat tour was a true dissapointment for me and my friends, as there is trully almost nothing visible from where one sits anywhere on the boat, plus the captain who told us almost nothing, excusing himself because, in his own words , "he still had a whole full month of this ahead, so anything esle we wanted to know should be googled instead of asjking him", as if we hadn't paid for a tour ourselves!!!

Unacceptable situation.
A small bay full of boats big and small with all that can tell you. Dirty sea, air smelling fuel. Shame. There are so many more beautiful beaches than that. Like Agia Friday, Crossport, Zambia, Sophia

One of my the most beautiful beaches in Sivota ! A unique natural environment with crystal clear waters . However we didn't like the countless boats that came around as the place is very very touristic

Lovely beach with fishes swimming all over the place. It can get very crowded with the rented boats however...

The water is very clear and a wonderful blue colour ,we went there by water taxi from Sivota .We were free to choose how long to stay,As this beach can only be reached by boat you need to take your own water, food sunscreen etc ..The beach is very popular does get busy both with people from the water taxi and boat trips..We were there in September. And thoroughly enjoyed it.

No doubt an amazing beach with turquoise waters but with a small problem ; it's so popular that at times- between 11:00- 14:00 usually- it is filled with too many boats of every kind. After 15:00 it's great and you can appreciate it better.

Piscina beach has two main characteristics: it can be reached only by sea and has a light blue water which is extremely clear due to the sandy bottom.
The beach itself is sandy but very, very narrow and is in shadow most of the time due to the high cliffs behind.
Only the tourists coming from Syvota with taxi boats are actually landing on the beach. We went over there with a rented motorboat and stayed on the beach.
The great part of the tourists visiting Piscina beach are coming with the small cruise ships coming from Syvota and going also to Paxos and Antipaxos islands. These vessels are anchoring 100-150 m offshore and the passengers are allowed to enter the water but advised not to go onshore. Why?! Because the vessels when are leaving they heave up their anchor and go underway in no more than 10-15 min blowing their horn 2-3 times with no more than 5 minutes before. Consequently it is possible to have no time to swim from shore back to your boat if you are on the beach. More than that the ship’s crew does not have a clear evidence of passengers on board so the ships are leaving without really knowing if all passengers are back on board or not.
From the point of view of snorkeling Piscina Beach is not a great snorkeling area despite the clarity of the water. There are a marginal number of fish and the underwater landscape is not very impressive. On my snorkeling marking scale the score for piscine Beach is no more than 3 from a maximum of 5 point.
