Go around the corner
Aug 2020
Go around the corner of the headland and you will find a shingle beach which is secluded. Lovely water to swim in and a great place to watch the sunset.

Very nice beach, really easy access by road.

Found this lovely beach by accident. Plus points (lots): easy access by car with no scary descent or hairpin bends; Shady car park behind the taverna; free very comfortable sunbed, with foam cushion and parasol as we'd bought a small beer each in the taverna; lovely warm water and very gently sloping beach so swimming was very pleasant. Slightly pebbly, but much less so than other beaches in the Sivota/ Parga area; sheltered beach with lovely outlook of moored boats and small islands; showers and changing cubicles to the side of taverna; plenty of room and empty beds mid week ( all the beaches get packed at weekends); much less windy than other beaches in the afternoon as it's in a sheltered bay.
On negative side, whilst theoretically the taverna staff will bring you drinks to your sunbeds, getting their attention is nearly impossible and it wasn't because they were busy. I went to the bar myself in the end and then she was over like a shot to "carry them" for me! As in ALL the 7 beaches we visited, there are little fish that nibble, although it's not sore but just takes you by surprise. Stand still in the sand or stay still in the water and they will have a little go, just keep moving!
We found this beach very relaxing and enjoyable. Kids near us were loving it and the gentle slope/calm waters was safe for them.

I like it

I went to most beaches near Syvota in 2019, and this one is best by far. Warm sea, lots of sunbeds and very pleasant staff. Sunbeds are 5 euro, and you get 1l water with ice in the set. There is also some pleasant, quiet, chill music playing. I reccomend it!

Beautiful and calm, too busy on the weekends
Jun 2019 • Family
We spend several days here and loved the calm setting and water. The little taverna serves you right by the sunbeds if you want them to. If you buy something to drink the parasols and sunbeds are for free. If you don’t want a sunburn don’t pick the parasols by the water as they are made out of straws and lets the sun go through them a bit. The food is ok; generous however quite expensive. The service on the weekdays are very good when the beach isn’t that busy. We spent one day on the weekend there when the beach was full of people and children and we got extremely exhausted. This particular day we had to chase the servers to order anything, as the server this day wasn’t our favourite throughout the week and quite inexperienced and inattentive. I would recommend this beach however not on the weekends.

Yet another beach dominated by a taverna
Aug 2018 • Couples
So as you walk to the beach you see taverna signs saying don't eat or drink what's not bought at the taverna, but yet they have left so little space free of sunbeds its difficult to find space for a towel. The sunbeds are no longer free as some other reviews stated - they are five euros "which includes a large bottle of water" which is brought to the beds in an ice bucket - all a bit pretentious. walk over a small path at the end of the beach and there is a smaller beach baked by a large hotel The hotels sunbeds are on a slightly raised terrace and the beach itself is empty for everyones use and there are trees for shade, but the waterpark is also here which spoils the scenery a little.

Nice tavern problems with boat hire
Jun 2017 • Couples
We went to this beach several times on our holiday and decided to hire a motorboat on one of our visits. It was great but unfortunately when we took it back the men started accusing us of wrecking the propeller! We had not! One of them took it back out then came back in and we could see there was nothing wrong with it but still kept demanding more money and was very threatening! Obviously we didn't give them anymore just the rest of the amount that was owing.

The beach bar is good with free sunbeds if you dine in it and the people seemed very friendly.

Peace and tranquility with a lovely bar
Sep 2017 • Couples
A really quiet spot with lovely beach. We weren't charged for beds as we ordered fresh orange juice from Stevado bar. Also had lunch here, club sandwich and burger. Could have easily shared one or other as portions huge. Both came with fries/wedges. Good prices too and excellent food.

Most laid back beach.
Sep 2017 • Family
This beach is small. In Sept 2107 two sunbeds and a brolly cost 5€. It has the easiest sea access of the beaches I visited, very little pebbles and people, including myself, have whiled away the day moving them aside to leave pathways into the water. Its in the sun from early morning to late afternoon. You can hire pedalos through to motor boats. Nice little coffee shack. Being a bit remote it only has a chemical toilet so take your own paper.
