We booked a couple of trips at Stefanos tours. First trip was for six of us to a secluded beach. We was not all that impressed with the beach so we told the lady that worked at the tour office. She was English, but had a Greek father so I could not pronounce her name, but she was a lovely lady with a very bubbly personality. She said because we did not like the beach much, she would arrange with her husband Nicolas,to take us to another beach free of charge. We also booked a boat trip for four people, that was very good. Stefanos tours or Lemonade tours as it is also referred to is a great place to book a trip, when your looking at the trips on the boards your are never pestered. If you are staying in SIssi and want a trip or just information look no further than Stefanos tours.

A really beautiful day trip to Santorini, although we had to wake up quiet early it was worth it. Pick up was 3 mins walking from our hotel and we managed to sleep on the ferry over to the island, the ferry was really nice and luxurious and we had a very smooth journey.
Once we got to the island we were on minibus for our tour, spoken in english which was great, we learned a bit about the history of the island. It wasn't too heavily packed with talking on the bus ride and we weren't bombard with details, but it was a gentle commentary telling us the more interesting things about the place.
We visiting 3 amazing places, Oia, Fira(the capital) and then we also went to the black sand beaches.
It was a very impressive day, glad we all brought cameras with us so we could take photos. it was very entertaining - even for teenagers- and a great way to spend the day. I would definitely recommend the trip for families, friends and anyone who wants to see a breath taking island.
Although i wish we would have had some more free time at each location, especially in Oia which has so much to explore and to see. It would have been difficult to do so in the limited amount of time - if you really feel like exploring the island maybe staying over night would allow for more time visiting and getting the whole day experience.
Bring a camera, sun cream and some money for souvenirs as well as a swimming costume if you would like to go swimming at the black sand beaches.
The whole trip being organised for us was the best, as we just had to show up in the morning, its great for those of you who want to have a lovely day trip, but don't want to spend ages planning for it.

We went to Sissi to book the trip to Santorini because we want to talk about the details. The staff explain everything to us and we had a fantastic day in Santorini! We went to Oia, Fira, we saw the black sand beach and had a great cruise with speed boat back to Crete island. Thank you Stefanos Tours for everything!

Stefanos tours were very helpful and informative about the trips we were looking to go on. Coaches and transfers all arrived on time and spoke very good English.

We travelled from Sisi on the Spinalonga trip with Stefanos. He was a careful driver and told us many interesting facts and stories of the area on the journey. We had a little time in Elounda, where we went for a swim in the sea. There were loads of little fish that nibbled if you didn't keep moving! The boat trip to the island was very enjoyable - it was lovely to have a cool breeze, and we sailed all the way round, so we could see it from all angles. We had just the right amount of time on Spinalonga to see nearly all of it - it was very hot, so any longer, and I think we would all have wilted!
All in all, a very informative and enjoyable day out, made even better by having that all-important local knowledge!

We booked two tours through the branch in the centre of Sissi. Eliza was very helpful on tips and when to book. For our trip to Santorini she looked up the wind conditions and advised us to book a day when the sea was less rough for a smoother crossing. She also advised us prices were high for the views but if you go back a couple of streets prices drop. (We only had a Greek salad and paid the premium for the view in Fira).
The other trip we did was to Knossos. Eliza advised to book at the weekend when entrance was free which saved us quite a bit.
Eliza was very friendly and always chatted to us when we went past if she was not with a customer.
Overall I would recommend booking with Eliza in Sissi - the service was excellent.

We have recently spent 2 wonderful weeks in Sissi and we have discovered Stefanos Tours where we booked Spinalonga, Jeep Safari, Hersonissos Cruises and Knossos Heraklion. Staff in Stefanos Tours are very informative and happy to explain all details for each trip which made it a lot more comprehensive than our holiday rep. 5 stars for Stefanos Tours highly recommend it!

We booked 2 trips with Stefano for myself, husband and 13 year old son. One to the water park and one to Spinalonga. Both excellent no issues. Picked up on time for both trips. Nice lunch on the boat to Spinalonga. Would recommend. Great service and much cheaper than with the tour operator.

Based solely on Tripadvisor reviews, I contacted Stefanos Tours, as well as another company, regarding visits to 3 cities while on a recent cruise. Just dealing with them was a pleasure - thorough planning assistance, great follow up and an easy to use web page. They were in touch throughout the months so I never felt put aside once the booking was finalized.
We used Stefanos in Rome, Florence and on the Amalfi Coast (port of Salerno). In each instance, the driver was there at least 30 minutes early with our name sign clearly visible. All spoke very good English, were very well versed (note these are Drivers, not licensed guides) and, to be honest, all 3 of them were really fun people! By the end of all 3 days, the four of us felt we had made new friends in each city. The vehicles are Mercedes vans...very comfortable and in good condition...and very roomy for 4 or 6.
I am not sure how to extend kudos to all 3 of these men, as well as our licensed guides in Pompeii and The Vatican, but to say Jean Marie (Florence), Sylvester (Rome) and Fabio (Amalfi Coast) each went out of their way to make our days just as we wanted them - always more than willing to accommodate our personal wants...finding special restaurants not on the normal path and changing destinations planned that we weren't especially interested in...they bent over backwards for us and we are so appreciative! Obviously this is a well-run, customer-oriented business. Well done all! Many, many thanks.

Booked 2 trips with Eliza at the Sissi village centre smaller office. Spingalonga and Lasithi plateau. Both very good and excellent value. Eliza is a little star, always smiling and chatting every time we passed her office if she didn't have a client. She really helped make our holiday more enjoyable

Yes they have leaflets with all the excursion information available when you go and visit and they will write down the prices for you, even if you want to go away and think about it before booking.
