I really enjoyed the escape room we did, but I didn't realize we would have less time on our clock since my group was a few minutes late. Parking in Old Market was of course very busy and hard to find a parking spot on a Saturday night, which is understandable, so that's why we were late. I think we had 50 minutes to complete the room instead of 60, which aggravated me that they took time off of our room clock, and of course we did not finish in time. I have done many other escape room places in Omaha and other states and no other place has deducted time off the room clock, even if you are a few minutes late. I understand on a busy night they need to keep things running on time, but I feel like this is a fun activity and doing this to customers puts a bad taste in my mouth...

This was our first time doing an escape room. We had a great time and felt that they did a good job of keeping things "covid safe". We will definitely be back to try out another room! This time around we did Y2K and it was a hoot! Hubby and I were bopping along to all the great music while our kids looked at us like we were crazy. Good times.

We had a great time! The room was set up really well with lots of new features we’d never seen before. Our guide was a little hard to understand at times as he spoke really fast. We never received our group picture from afterwards.

So much fun! My 15 year old son, his friend, and I had a blast! It makes you think, engages you in problem solving, promotes teamwork, and is a unique and fun good time. My son said it was the most fun activity we’ve done in a really long time. If you’re looking for something different to do, we highly recommend Get Out Omaha!

I really enjoyed this escape room. This was my first time at this specific location and I was impressed by the challenge of the puzzles. There was also a really fun twist I did not expect, but it made for a great challenge. The two of us were grouped with four strangers, which I wasn't expecting. But it was way less awkward than I thought, and I'm glad we had their help to escape. Overall the experience was rad and I would highly recommend Get Out.

We came here to celebrate my friends birthday. But I feel like we had gotten rushed through the whole experience like they wanted us in and out quickly. not to mention they helped us figure out alot of the room so it didn't feel like we really did it ourselves. And on the way out the staff member hardly talked to us. Just showed us the door then left. We were planning on purchasing a shirt for $5 off since we had made it through the whole room.. but the staff member left the room so quickly that we didnt even get a chance to.
It was an okay experience.. we just wish it wasn't so rushed so it felt just that more fun/ authentic.

This was our second escape room at Get Out Omaha, and both times were great experiences! The interactive rooms are so much fun, and the puzzles in each room really get your brain working. The staff is great too. I'm looking forward to doing more of their rooms in the future!

There were 4 of us doing the Y2K room. There were some twists we weren't quite ready for and a mistake by us that kept us from finishing the room but as a whole it was great. The employee we had was great, the puzzles were fun and the room was fair. This was my second time to Get Out Omaha, I fully expect to come back for a third trip and another room.

The facility is very clean and well put together. The employees are nice, and the escape room is challenging but obtainable.

We have 10 people in our party. Is that too many? Cost per person?

I’m not exactly sure of the limit, but I believe it’s 8.
Too many in a room and it’s like too many cooks in the kitchen. Plus the rooms are smallish 12’x12’ or maybe slightly bigger. Best for more fun for your large group is to do 2 groups of 5, in separate scenarios. If you like this type of activity, switch rooms the next time. Just be sure not to share your findings or clues.
As for pricing...some places we’ve been to are by a room rate $100-$125 divided by each person. Others were a flat rate (ours in Get Out Omaha had student discounts) which ranged from about $20-$25ish per person.
We did find a place, Boda Borg, north of Boston for $33 a DAY!! You and your friends can do as many rooms (each room is standard 1 hr) as you’d like or even redo a room till you solve. There’s even a cafe so you can stay all day. Hope you Get out of Omaha. We were short 1clue last time with a group of 6. We’ll be back!
