We did the Grand Canyon Experience tour (West Rim) and enjoyed every minute of it. Got some great aerial shots including pictures of the Hoover Dam. The flight was 35 mins each way and there was enough time to explore the 2 main sites (Eagle Point and Guano Point), plus get lunch at the restaurant with view of the Skywalk. Everything from the shuttle pick up/drop off went smoothly. I recommend it!

Great trip. You get collected from Las Vegas then driven to the airport in Boulder City where you board a plane to Grand Canyon West then have a short Helicopter flight down the Canyon.
(Would have love the front seat. Would be worth a few more dollars for it, then the seat next to the doors at the back would be great second place. It does go by weight so you don't really have a choice. Was my first helicopter experience and I loved it).
Happy to have done the airplane and the helicopter as it was a bit windy so got the best of both world).
The Ponton type boat at the bottom was great too as it really makes you appreciate the Grand Canyon from all sides top, bottom and sides. You get to see the rocks sides ...If I had to redo it I would take exactly the same tour. Airplane pilots were very nice and got to know them a bit more as you do have a bit of time with them in the air.

I would just like to have a few more minutes in the helicopter ride as it goes really fast.
It was a good taster of everything.

One thing that could be better is the pick up and drop off. Would be great to have the flexibility to be pick up/ drop off at your own accomodation. Even if they ask for little more money for those that wants a specific hotel pick up/drop off

We used GCSA as part of a Papillon tour which included Hotel Pickup, GCSA return flight from Boulder City to Grand Canyon, Helicopter flight into canyon and Pontoon Boat Tour. Everything went extremely well. The GCSA flights were excellent, including staff at airport as well as the Pilots. Overall, the package was pricy, but well worth it.

Pick up from New York went well. Waiting for plane pick up was excessive, almost an hour, actual plane ride went well, no issues. Helicopter ride was enjoyable, although I had the middle seat so couldn’t see too much. Boat ride at Colorado was nice and we were given drinking water before making the climb back up, approximately 40 steps to climb in the baking heat!
The biggest disappointment was the bus transfers to the top, queuing almost an hour at each point left no time to stay, literally jumped off the bus, took a quick look then had to get back in-line for an hour awaiting the next bus, so didn’t get to enjoy the views at all. So disorganised, another couple of buses running would have saved hours for everyone.
Given that it cost $1200 for 2 people I wouldn’t bother again, spent at least 4 of the 8 hour trip waiting in queues. Plane late both ways, helicopter late, buses took forever. Queuing so long in such heat was avoidable, the company needs to try harder to be punctual and to provide enough transport for timely trips for every paying customer, at every pick up point.

We did the Grand Voyager rim to river from Las Vegas which was a great way to see the canyon, with a bonus of the Hoover Dam on the flight out from Vegas. Many different aspects of the canyon from high above in a light aircraft, close to and exhilarating in a helicopter, from the bottom in a gentle raft boat and a chance to absorb the panorama from the rim. So many ways to explore the enormity of this natural feature without feeling rushed.

We did the Grand Canyon South Rim Airplane Tour. We had a wonderful flight over the Grand Canyon in fantastic weather. The visibility was perfect and the impressions of the Grand Canyon were overwhelming. Our pilot Steven gave interesting tips in addition to the information in the audio guide (audio guide in german). We can highly recommend the tour. But you should be aware that such a small aircraft can wobble a little more than an Airbus A 380 :-)

I took the Grand Canyon tour including Cesna small aircraft from Boulder, helicopter rim descent and raft float in the Colorado. Excellent tour with a lot packed in to 4 hours. Picked up from a nearby hotel for drive to Boulder, and dropped back afterwards. I worried there would not be enough time but there was. Plenty of time to take photos at West Rim viewpoints as well. I felt well looked after and safe. The views were exceptional - I would have liked a longer helicopter ride as it was a superb way of seeing the Canyon. Loved the raft - so different seeing the Canyon from the river and again a bit longer on this would have been great. But with limited time this tour was perfect for me. Staff were all pleasant and helpful.

Excellent. We were taken care of from start to finish. Clear, concise instructions. Our airplane pilot was friendly, knowledgeable, and just great to visit with. Ditto our boat guide who answered all our questions. I highly recommend these people and this tour.

We knew we wanted to see the Grand Canyon while we were in Vegas. Didn't want to spend 10 hours on the bus, but didn't want to pay for the helicopter either. The Grand Canyon Deluxe package ended up being the perfect middle of the road choice. We had a rental car anyways because we were off-strip, so we drove to Boulder City. They would have picked us up at the Grandview, but I chose not to so we could go to Hoover Dam afterwards. That worked out very nicely. We took the early morning flight. It left at 6:15, but I think when you reserve the morning, they leave at different times throughout the morning and you can't pick exactly which one you go on. That turned out to be a good choice - the weather started to get warm in the afternoon but it was quite pleasant in the morning. That also made for a smoother flight. There was a noticable difference in turbulence between the morning and afternoon flight back. It was an hour flight on a 8 passenger plane. I was a little worried that the smaller plane might be rougher then big jet, but it wasn't really. There were a couple of jolts on the flight back that were a bit unnerving, but otherwise very smooth. Everyone had a window seat. I think they only had one of these Cessna's planes and I'm not sure why we got on that one instead of the DeHaviland I was expecting. But it worked out nicely. Hour long flight with plenty of picture opportunities - excellent way to get there. There was a tour bus that took you to 2 different sites. The first one (Angel Point?) was just OK. I think it included the hotel from Vacation, but not sure - they didn't have it labelled or anything. There was some construction going on, but don't think we missed anything. The second stop had the best views and you really appreciated the beauty of the Canyon from there. I think it was supposed to be Maher Point, but they had construction going on. The path along the rim was still accessible. The only thing - you have to judge when it's time to turn back. We didn't do that very well and had to jog back, just barely making it on time. There was an option to add a helicopter flight, but I decided that wasn't worth the extra price. There was 2 people in our group that did do the helicopter and they returned on the same flight as the rest of us, so I think you get the same amount of time at the rim whether you do the 30 min helicopter option or not. I think the difference was we got to relax at the airport before heading back and they pretty much had to go straight from the bus to the plane, without time to even use the bathroom (we ended up waiting for them to do so which was a little uncomfortable for them). Another group wanted to add a helicopter at the last minute and kept badgering people about it. The bus driver did take them in to see if they could, but apparently they were booked up. The flight returned about 12:30 which gave us time to go eat lunch and then get to dam as crowds started to leave, (although should have gotten there closer to 3:00 instead of 2:00). Once they open up the new bridge, you shouldn't have to wait for the security checkpoint, which took us at least 30 minutes to get through. The bridge is even prettier and better to take pictures of then the dam, by the way.
I really think we chose the best option for a day trip to the canyon out of Vegas. As far as I can tell, the only better option is to plan a few days at the Canyon.

Unfortunately last year we had the terrible experience of flying with this company. We were in The States doing our tour we had organised and planned our selves, starting in Vegas driving 1200 miles around the Grand Canyon and ending back in Vegas. The highlight was to be flying over The Grand Canyon.
My partner had booked with them before we went. We had booked a package advertising breath taking AERIAL views of the Hoover Dam, Lake Mead, and of course The Grand Canyon. We also had the indian Skywalk added on.(please see my review on that )
The morning of the trip came and I was so excited. We were picked up outside our hotel and then to pick more passengers up and had a ride to Boulder city airport. This was all fine and no problem.
At Boulder City it was a bit chaotic, different stickers for different people on different tours, we were given a brown sticker , watching the helicopters take off the excitement was building.
At last we were herded out on to the airfeild, into a small prop plane, which we thought was a bit strange, but didnt think any more of it.
After take off we were approaching the Hoover Dam, I had to zoom in full on the camcorder to actually see it !!! Next was the AERIAL views of the Grand Canyon, huh , yeah, sure I was on the right hand side of the plane and all I saw of that was a blip, over a ladies shoulder on the right hand side of the plane, then we landed at Grand Canyon Airport.

We were really confused and so were the elderly couple sitting in front of us. My Partner asked the pilot what was going on and when do we fly over the Canyon? He was told due to flight restrictions they do not fly over the Canyon This was when it hit us !!! That was it !! we were not going to fly over the Canyon at all. We had seen all we were going to see from the air.
We were absolutely heart broken to say the least, and so were the elderly couple, we both said this it not what had been advertised on thier website.
In shock we just went along with everyone else and were put on coaches, which was just a nightmare in itself . No information was given when coaches were returning , or when and where we had to be for lunch, We were dropped off at the skywalk (see review ) I had to walk away from my partner I was so upset I cant describe the feeling, the highlight of our holiday GONE ! We caught a coach back to The Grand Canyon Airport to make sure we were there for the plane as no one had any idea what was going on, and had a 40 minute wait for that !!

On arrival back at Boulder City I must admit I was enraged, and as soon as we were off the plane I confronted the pilot,he could see how angry I was and directed me to customer services.

They could not have cared less.I was given a name, number, and email address to raise my complaint.
On arrival home I sent numerous email's explaining that their website is totally misleading( and still is) when offering aerial tours and how they had ruined our holiday. I even copied pasted and sent it back to them with words such as "AERIAL" and BIRDS EYE".I had no response to apologise at all .Disgusting !!! If your brave enough to choose this company then check check and check again before you book buyer beware

We have just come back from Vegas, and have done The Canyon again after checking reviews again and again, and double checking, thank god we had a fantastic time this time. ( See my reviews)
