My husband and me went to Vegas for Labor Day weekend and we decided to visit and explore Great Canyon. It was wonderful idea to explore Canyon from the air! First it is unforgettable flight in the plane, we saw Hoover Dam, world famous Mead Lake and Great Canyon! We didn't waste our time in the bus to get there and view was must-to-see! Our pilot Kevin was very professional and make our trip comfortable and very interesting. The helicopter ride down to the floor was another great adventure! For me it was first time in helicopter and I love it! All scenic views were really amazing and breath taking. We took a lot of stunning photos! Thanks to everyone from Grand Canyon Airlines for one of the most memorable days of our lives.

Wonderful experience! My wife and I took our 14 month-old on the North Rim tour (about 30 minutes) and it was worth every penny! The little one had a blast, I had a great time and so did she! We joined another couple and the views were breathtaking to say the least, but wow! The whole flight, loading, unloading, safety experience was top notch. Thanks Papillion!

The staff were very professional, especially the young lady pilot. I was a little disappointed because the view of the Hoover Dam was on the left hand side of the plane and I was sat on the right. I assumed that I would get the view on the way back but a different route was taken. Surely it would not have taken long just to do a quick loop so that we all got the view? The provided lunch (we did the trip to the Dam after the flight) was very basic but adequate.

Thank you for taking time to post a review, we're happy to hear that our staff provided excellent service! We sincerely apologize that the views from your aircraft did not meet your expectations. The air space in and around the desert and the Grand Canyon are strictly managed by the national park service as well as the FAA, so we fly the same route as other tour operators. We cannot deviate from the designated return path. We do appreciate your business and hope you enjoyed the rest of your visit to the Grand Canyon. Respectfully, GCSA Management
