Settle into the Big Swig tour van and meet the rest of your tour friends as Bryan takes you to your first destination. Along the way, Bryan will fill you in on the latest Brewery news and happenings. He is an integral part of the tour and you never lose sight of him. You'll meet the brewer at each site and they will take you through their brew process. I should note that you'll be tasting beers along the way. You'll get an opportunity to taste the beer styles you like or dabble in a few new styles. I've taken a lot of tours in my time and this is by the THE BEST! Next time I'm in Anchorage, I'll be in contact with Big Swig for another exciting tour.

Big Swig gets you beyond the tasting room and into the heart of each brewery. This"behind-the-scene" tour, makes you feel a part of the local brewing scene as you get to meet and ask questions of the brewers/owners themself! Tastings is a big part, and Brian know how to pair beer and fun to craft an amazing experience for his guests. Locals and visitors alike will have a great time! Even my wife (who tends not to like beer) had a great time. Brian helped her find the perfect flavors to match her picky tastebuds, she is now excited to venture out and try more local beers!! Thanks for a great day Brian & and thank you Big Swig!

Awesome! We love impressing our local guests. I'm glad you and your wife were able to take the afternoon to yourself and let someone else do the driving and decision making. No 2 tours are ever the same, so we hope to see you on another tour soon! Cheers.

This was a fantastic tour! Brians knowledge of the local craft beer scene is pretty extensive and impressive. I joined the tour, hoping to learn more since I didn't consider myself a beer drinker - and to be honest, was a little intimidated by all the different choices out there. This tour helped me figure out which beers I like (and REALLY liked!), Brian really helped me hone in on my preferences and helped steer me in the right direction. As a local, this was a great tour for learning out what here in Anchorage and Alaska for us, as well as I can take this knowledge with me to other places and feel more confident in knowing what it is that I like and maybe don't love. THANKS BIG SWIG!

Honestly, I didn't know what to expect, but what became abundantly clear is how much the brewers respect and appreciate Big Swig Tours. The day is as much about learning the art of brewing as it is about sipping amazing beers! Not to mention the fact that the backdrop is amazing, as you get to enjoy Alaska along the way :)

Brian was a great guide, super knowledgeable and friendly. I enjoyed learning about the brewing process at King St. We had a nice little snack at Midnight Sun and ended the tour with what was my favorite stop, Turnagain Brewing. As a local, I was already familiar with a few brews from King St. and MSBC though made a point to try ones on the tour that I never had before. I was so pleasantly surprised with the selection of sour beers at Turnagain that I purchased a few bottles for home. We learned something new at each stop and on the drive. I highly recommend for locals and visitors alike!
