We go here often, and often meet friends. They are brewery and so only serve their own beer. It can be very loud in there and that is my only complaint. They have daily specials which are fresh and delicious, and a small menu with a nice variety of items. Lots of healthy options and vegetarian items. Service is very... More

There is a large selection of various styles of beer. The restaurant is pretty small so it can get very busy on the weekend. Each night of the work week is a different 'specialty' dish along with the main menu. Tuesday is taco day. The tacos are buffalo chicken, cauliflower, and steak. They are very good. All of the food... More

I was quite impressed with the porter and the others I tried were very good. On top of that the food was tasty and the wait staff was attentive and seemed to know what they were serving.

Before heading back to the airport from our fishing trip we decided to try a few local beers and eat an early dinner. The beer was very good, several were exceptional. We tried 8 different beers, it's called sharing. Most were very good and I would rate at least 2 exceptional. I really like that a 6 oz pour is... More

Lots of interesting beers on tap to choose from. Full food menu. I have eaten here before, and all the food was interesting and very good. This time I only had a dessert-beer cake-very good! They sell t-shirts, magnets, other Midnight Sun merchandise downstairs. Cool industrial, modern atmosphere.

They make some outstanding brews: their Sockeye Red IPA has a nice bite but isn't over-kill, wonderful Fallen Angel, etc. We had the Fallen Angel at the Seward Brewery and liked it so much we went to the Midnight Sun on our final night in ALK. We wondered where our GPS was taking us and the place is located in... More

They make some really tasty beer. I really like the Dude and the Saison. Lunch was just fine but I think the reason to come here is definitely the beer. Glad we made the trip here.

I was in Anchorage last weekend and made a point to visit the brewery since it had my favorite combo plate when I lived in AK: Brewer's Plate (a variety plate of meats/cheeses/fruit/bread). They've made slight tweaks to the menu since I was there 2 years ago - the Brewer's Plate is no longer cheese with an added meat option.... More

Hadn't heard much about this place, but decided to go on our first day visiting Alaska. What a surprising treat! It takes a bit of navigation to get there, but well worth it. The beer was delicious, food was very good, and the atmosphere was fun. Loved that they have real art from a local artist on the walls and... More
