Nice scenic hike on trail path. Once you clear the forest, you will be rewarded with lovely views of the Eklutna lake.
The day we went was a bit chilly before 11am so be sure to wear layers.
We didn't encounter too many people.
After going to see the Eklutna Lake, my dad and I saw the Twin Peaks Trail and decided to give it a try. It's a wonderful hike, but the weather was a little overcast the day we headed up.

Great views. Very worth the hike. It is a pretty constant and incline though so be prepared to walk up, a lot. Then down, a lot :) You will definitely feel accomplished and some beautiful photos when you're finished!

We did this trail the next day after doing the flattop hike in Anchorage. If I were to chose one then I would recommend the flattop hike. This would come number 2. Below are what I liked and didnt like on this hike
