We really enjoyed the Anchorage City tour. We had a partial day before our Alaska rail/cruise trip and this packed a lot into the time we had. Especially enjoyed the Alaska Native Heritage Center. Got to see float planes taking off, Earthquake Park, mountain views and more. Our guide was knowledgeable, attentive and even worked in an extra bathroom stop that was requested.

After inquiring about a few options for an upcoming trip the associates changed with every email response, the information was not consistent, the delays between responses were quite long (especially in a slow season), and there kept being extra tours added to our quote without discussion or request. When I was able to speak to someone about all the difficulties we had had they said they were sorry and they would get everything compiled and worked on for us then call me the next day to get everything squared away and booked correctly. I finally felt like we were getting somewhere. Then later that day I received a message from the owner essentially saying if they were providing poor service we could go elsewhere. They completely didn't want to take the feedback and make up for the poor service, they just told me to go somewhere else! Truly awful and disappointing.

This company is very friendly and Understanding, especially with the current pandemic. My wife and I had several tours planned through this company when the unthinkable happened: my wife tested positive for covid 19. From start to finish, my experience with this company was and continues to be fantastic. They are always prompt to respond to questions, and issues. They have been and continue to be very informative on both their tours, as well as local Anchorage happenings. They have put together several itineraries, and helped us through several scheduling snafus. Then, when my wife learned of her positive test, and we had to cancel events, they were extremely generous with refunding our trip, and offering ways for us to make our quarantined stay more pleasant. I really cannot offer this company enough, and although I didn't get to partake in their services my interactions with their staff leave me no doubt that I would be in the best hands. In these uncertain times I appreciate having a business so understanding, and I am thankful that we went through them. They really are the best!

We worked with Salmonberry Tours to coordinate private shuttles for our wedding day. The team was able to work with us amidst our changing plans and stayed on top of all the Covid city regulations. We rented two seperate shuttle vans for the day, one for groomsmen and one for bridesmaids, and we wore masks while in transit. Our drivers, Nate and John, were professional and kind. They picked everyone up in Anchorage, drove us separately to the venue and then after our outdoor ceremony they made sure we all got to the reception safe and sound. Nate and John even went above and beyond to help us get packed up and out of the venue at the end of the big day. Would definitely recommend if you need short term, shuttles or tours around Anchorage.

My wife and I just returned from a fabulous 2 week Alaskan vacation celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary. The great staff at Salmon Berry helped us plan the entire excursion. Including 3 bear viewing adventures, glacier walks, kayaking and a private drive-through tour of Denali. The guides were very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. Special shout out to Kellie our travel coordinator who helped us plan this amazing trip. Thank you for your time an patience as we needed to make several adjustments due to the pandemic. I can't say enough about Salmon Berry and their staff, except we will be back. Thanks again.
