The cruise from Seattle following the inner passage had everything you could ever want. Food, ship tours, entertainment, youth activities ,cabin TV of ship activities that you missed or review of what you saw. All expectations and more to keep you occupied and happy are part of a wonderful experience. Our family occupied 7 cabins and 16 of us were... More

We did this tour after doing many other amazing tours within Alaska and were so disappointed. First off, our tour guide Ben was rude, condescending and talked way too much politics on this drive. He will excuse this as just teaching us about the area, but realistically he was voicing a lot of political opinions not related to the native's... More

This was our first experience at cruising and it was amazing. We cruised on the ship Volondam we had a fabulous comfortable cabin with large balcony and the room service was excellent. The ships captain kept us informed at all times as outstanding views or wildlife came into sight. The staff were outstanding always service with a smile. The food... More

Most everything was really good with one exception: Ben & his personality - too edgy for a relaxing trip. You start talking about politics or history & your car ride will turn into a Jeopardy contest.

Thank you for the wonderful review, I really enjoyed having you on the tour. I strive to talk about Native history which includes the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act and the politics involved and challenges of Alaska Natives. Most people like to hear how well the Natives are doing after overcoming challenges. Your group was so interactive and our talks... More

This tour was the biggest waste of money. Ben, who was our supposed tour guide, was terrible. The first two places he took us to were closed. He then proceeded to drive us around for over an hour in search of a moose. We never saw one. He talked politics the entire time-never about Anchorage. It definitely was the biggest... More

We departed from and returned to Seattle-a much lower airfare than into Vancouver... Go a few days early to enjoy Seattle-especially the Dale Chihuly glass exhibit... + Pikes Market + the Space Needle. We sailed on Holland American's Amsterdam. There are pros and cons to this cruise...the daytime tours were excellent and reasonable...the food was terrific...BUT the entertainment was mediocre... More

We were the first people on the tour picked up. Ben the driver suggested that we move up to the front and it was the best decision. The tour was fantastic. The drive from Anchorage to the boat was very scenic and even with Ben's narrations and interactive group talk I would get lost in the beauty. The weather was... More

First time to Alaska and a 10 Star experience. Flew to Anchorage,-after one overnight stay - went by train to Denali and spent 2 nights in the Denali Lodge. Snowed in late August 3-to 4 inches. Went to top of mountain by bus and saw all snow capped beautiful scenery and a few animals. Spent 2 nights in Denali and... More

7 day cruise, Alaska aboard the Ruby Princess. Ketchikan, Juneau, Skagway, inland passage and Victoria, Canada. Ship was outstanding, best in customer service by crew, good entertainment and awesome dining. Leaving ship for excursions and return were handled easily. In particular, the train trip in Skagway and boat trip in Ketchikan were outstanding. Don't miss the King Crab Fest aboard... More
