Cannot praise this company enough - and we did not even get to take the Seward to Anchorage cruise transfer, as our cruies in July 2020 was cancelled. ACT Big Bus refunded our payment in full without any problems - unlike airlines and cruise lines that insist on future credits instaed of refunds. This company deserves our whole-hearted support especially in these difficult times.

Very happy with ACT service. Comfortable bus that was on time and easily accessible from exiting the Princess Cruise we took. We paid $117 for the two of us directly to ACT, where Princess was charging $80 more for the same service. Our guide was pleasant and appeared knowledgeable. The highlight was the hour we spent at the Wildlife Conservation Park. We were able to see moose, brown bears, musk ox, caribou, bison, elk, a fox and eagle. Very cool. The bus dropped us and our luggage off at ANC where we were able to pick up our rental car. The driver and guide were helpful, clear and courteous. I would definitely recommend this company. Excellent value and an all around good experience.

We booked this as our transportation from Anchorage to the Princess Cruise line in Whittier. It was very convenient and cost effective as you got to see a few sights and an animal conservation along the way. My only gripe was that the bus was not on time. It was late picking us up and we were not last on the list before heading to the airport. We ended up an hour behind, which meant that we could not make the tunnel at the original time and thus an hour later to the ship. However, our guide was very funny and I would do it again if I was ever in need of transportation to a cruise.

This was our second trip using ACT. Our driver this trip was Wallace and our guide was Rick. Both were entertaining full of interesting information. Just as we were leaving Anchorage, Wallace spotted a bull moose in the ditch along side the road. The highlight of the trip was as we passed by Turnagain Arm, we saw beluga whales. It was our third trip on that part of the road and we had never been lucky enough to see them before. We enjoyed the stop at the Conservation Center, but since it was raining we didn’t get many good pictures. We would highly recommend using ACT for the trip to Seward. they picked us up right on time and delivered us right to the cruise terminal. I appreciated the text messages confirming our reservation and pickup time.
