Excellent tour of the Market. Showing some of the insider tips and providing a history of the Market and its vendors. Samples were outstanding and reinforced the information provided by Chef John. Woould probably do again when next we visit Seattle.

Our favorite stop in Seattle. Chef Eric was an amazing tour guide and the samples were amazing...our favorites include the clam chowder, the dried fruit, fresh yogurt, the fresh cheese curds from Beecher's, and the various samples in the truffle shop. Go Team Eric!!
