The Starbucks Reserve Roastery is fantastic! You have to give this coffee company credit, they really know how to raise the bar. The specialty roast here are incredibly delicious but expensive. I think they’re worth the money but that’s a personal choice. The food is delicious so if you can’t find something you’re too picky. Not cheap, so not for everyone. I loved it!

The service was top notch and well staffed. The Starbucks Reserve Roastery allows you to sample new products and see how the beans are roasted. The atmosphere is great. Bring your credit card. The items here are quite pricey. One half-pound of whiskey flavored coffee was for sale for $40.

Surprisingly good food! Way better than regular Starbucks with a VERY cool atmosphere. Alcoholic drinks are very expensive, even a Vodka Tonic was $14.00. So if you are going for ETOH go for a specialty drink to make it worth it.

Visiting Seattle during a COVID pandemic? It may be one of the few times you'll find the Starbucks Reserve Roastery nearly empty. The drinks are wonderful (if not a bit pricey) and there is a nice selection of good food (but a bit pricey). The staff are friendly and knowledgable, and there is a nice gift shop for the coffee-drinker friend you have at home. I would recommend stopping by if you are in Seattle.

We visited right at the beginning of the ban so we couldn't see the touristy part of the cafe. We could shop for overpriced merchandise. And buy yummy coffee for twice the price but we chose not to. It's probably worth visiting when fully functioning but even then I don't view this a must see visit in Seattle, and I'm a coffee snob.
