- Kris WBremerton, Washington1 contributionSo, so fun!We did the Seattle World’s Fair room and it was fantastic. We were able to escape with 1:10 minutes left. Whew! Eric was our game master and he did an excellent job. Thank you Eric and Puzzle Break!Visited November 2023Traveled with familyWritten November 10, 2023
- Sherpa050364325581 contributionGreat family friendly optionThe employees were wonderful. I brought four 12 year olds as part of a birthday party and they did great! The staff was able to give them just the right clues to make it out of the room with 3 minutes to spare.Visited February 2024Traveled with familyWritten February 20, 2024
- Rachel D6 contributionsSeattle fun for puzzle enthusiastsWe had a great time and Joanna and Sunny were so nice and helpful when needed a little hint to keep us on track. The puzzles were fun and the Seattle theme was cool. Highly recommend for a fun time with friends, family, co workers, in laws, enemies, strangers, or anyone else you'd like to spend an hour solving clever puzzles with!Visited April 2024Traveled with familyWritten April 2, 2024
- Storyteller8272491 contributionClear instructions, Fun Puzzles, Great Service! Thanks to Joana and Sunny for making mine and my girlfriend's experience amazing! Things were explained efficiently so we understood what to do, and how to get tips of we needed. We made it out with less than 3 minutes to spare and it was an all around fun time!Visited April 2024Traveled as a coupleWritten April 20, 2024
- Road247194Gardner, Massachusetts1 contributionVery AwesomeWe did Escape from Seattle - The World's Fair Affair room. The room was very entertaining and challenging. Monica was great, she explained everything needed to get started and her help as needed was excellent. The facility was clean and well organized. We will go back next time we are in Seattle.Visited April 2024Traveled with familyWritten May 1, 2024
- Kelly B1 contributionKid's Bday CelebrationWe had a great time in the "Escape the Temple" room. Reservations and process were easy. Staff were friendly and helpful (Tyler and Melissa were great!). We took 6 kids ages 10-11 (newbies to escape rooms) and they are a smart bunch and we got out with time to spare! Room was a good beginner level/family friendly and theme was great. Thanks.Visited May 2024Traveled with friendsWritten May 6, 2024
- Mo K1 contributionFun addition to a day or night outWe went to the puppet themed room, which had a carefully constructed and crafted feel to it. The puzzle were well balanced in offering clues but also keeping the mystery intact. We were a group of novices, so challenge was about right at 4 or of 5 difficulty. Overall the experience had a fun, light feel, and I appreciated both the staff and the creativity of everyone involved.Visited May 2024Traveled with familyWritten May 27, 2024
- Zane T1 contributionExcellent Experience for TeambuildingOur team had such a great time solving the Eventide Departure Room at Puzzle Break. It was an excellent teambuilding experience to work with colleagues on some very tricky (non-work related) puzzles. Our Game Master, Hugo, expertly walked the line of giving hints without giving the solution away.Visited June 2024Traveled on businessWritten June 5, 2024
- Kari R176 contributionsFun evening breaking out! This escape room was fun! We did the room Lost in the Temple room and broke out with 20 min to spare! The rooms were great and the puzzles were fun to work on together as a group. I would say - this is on a street with a lot of homeless and we even saw some drug activity on the walk in. I would just come and go in a group…. No photos on this one as we can’t give away any clues ; )Visited June 2024Traveled with friendsWritten June 17, 2024
- Kady C1 contributionPuppeteer's Workshop - Put it on your puzzle bucket list!I'm sooo impressed by the quality of the puzzle room. I went with my three best friends, and we had an absolute BLAST. If you like creepy, I highly recommend the puppeteer's workshop, because it freaked me and my friends out!! It was fantastic!! Joanna was our guide and Eric our puzzle master, both really chill and friendly people. Eric knew how to give the perfect hint when we needed it the most (grr. We got very stuck on one part, but we were being silly geese! Lol). We'll definitely be coming back to do another one. 10/10 experienceVisited July 2024Traveled with friendsWritten July 23, 2024

Had a great time doing a large corporate event through Puzzle Break. They handled the size of our group (almost 100 people) flawlessly, and everyone was raving about how much fun they had. Several people in our group said "It was the best escape room experience they've ever had"
This was my first time in an online escape room, and I was a little skeptical to start. I really enjoyed my time throughout, and would definitely do it again!

Played this with family members all across the country, 9 of us split into 2 teams - so much fun!! The puzzles were challenging and very well put together with really nice quality graphics. The host (Amanda for our game) was really great, so friendly & fun and also there for help when we needed it. Highly recommend, it's a great way to have fun with family and friends while sheltering at home! We're going to do another one soon.

I played this room twice- once with my team at work and then again with my 12 years old son and eight of his friends.
I highly recommend this room! It is structured well and the riddles are fun to play.
Both times the facilitator was great - not an easy task when there are 2 groups of 5 excited teenagers in each one....

Did The Grimm Escape virtual puzzle room with my team from work and had a great time! My first time doing an escape room of any kind.
Our puzzle helpers/fairy godmothers Holly and Laura did a great set up and tolerated all the shouting as we worked our way through the puzzle.
Worked really well using Zoom and Google Drive and was great value for money. In the challenge of lockdown it was a great way to socialise and team build. Would recommend to everyone!

The team decided the next outing should be attempting to break the Mystical Mayan Toad Curse at Puzzle Break Seattle. Although we failed to break the curse, Clem & Johnny made up for our lack of execution with their witty delivery, spry sense of humor, and overall knowledge of the exercise.
The team thoroughly enjoyed the experience and we can't wait to solve another puzzle break. Hopefully Clem & Johnny will be our hosts next time.

I have done about 100+ escape rooms in different parts of the world, and this one ranks up there as one of the better ones I did. Puzzles were logical and well designed and challenging. The puzzles were also varied and unique. Our game master, Ava, was pleasant and explained everything clearly and with a positive attitude. This place was kind of expensive (there is no scaling rate for 2 people), but the room we did, Puppeteer's Workshop, I felt was still worth the admission and experience.

It was a wonderful experience!!
Well organized!! All puzzles were tough and required us to perform teamwork to attack. I think this is good for team building and building a good relationship with others. I will definitely recommend this game to my friends who have a tough time in this COVID-19 situation. Many thanks.

I booked Puzzle Break's virtual Hackfiltration Escape Experience and from the beginning their team were sooo helpful and accommodating with any questions or special requests we had. We had about ~60 attendees and let me tell you it's not easy to wrangle us but the game masters did a great job. The experience itself was stimulating, entertaining and people had a lot of fun. Definitely recommend!

We did the Grimm Fairytale Escape Room. The puzzles were challenging and witty but not so brain wracking that you couldn't make smooth progress. Our "fairy godparent" was amazing and seemed like she enjoyed what she was doing, played the character well and with enthusiasm. We had a group of 6 people, and we all had fun working these challenges out together. The whole operation was smoothly run, and fortunately we didn't have any connectivity issues. Would recommend this to anyone!

Grimm Escape: This was a good alternative to a traditional escape room for Professional Development. The story and puzzles were challenging, but manageable. The only downside was the wait time to get the "fairy Godmother" in to answer a question or check your answers. Sometimes you can move on to the next puzzle, but not always. It would be good to pre-load all the resources so teams could move on to ALL the puzzles while waiting for checks/answers. A good time was had by all 48 of us.

Is it possible to purchase tickets and not use them? e.g. can I purchase 14 tickets and turn up with 8 people?
Written August 30, 2015
Definitely! You are guarenteed to have the room to yourself if you purchase all the tickets for a particular timeslot. That said, we cannot offer refunds for unused spaces, and our current rooms have a recommended minimum of 6 players.

There is paid street parking but it fills up quickly on the weekends and paid lots within easy walking distance. Make sure to give yourself plenty of time. I barely made it.
