I took my teenage grandchildren down there when they first arrived in Seattle last summer. I grew up close enough to this park to walk there and I still love it! Love walking over the bridge and waving to the conductors in the train, and...More

This park is so nice and beautiful. The feeling you get when you go there is almost as if you’re deep in a forest, not right beside Seattle. There are plenty of spots to cook and grill, play sports and chill out in general. Probably...More

We stayed about a block away from one of the entrances to this relatively small park and fell in love with it at first sight. As soon as you take a step, the outside world disappears, and although you still know it's there, you've entered...More

Our last stop before leaving Seattle and it did not disappoint. Plenty of picnic tables up the hill and a few down closer to the water. Saw a few walking trails but didn’t have much time to explore. Great views and easy beach access.

On the 4th of July my family came to this park around 11:30am for a hike. We brought our dog (labrador) and hiked from the first parking lot down to the beach end. The park is actually small compared to something like Discovery Park. It...More

We walked around a couple of the trails, which were beautiful and very enjoyable. We then headed down to the beach. It was really magical to be sitting on the beach with a temperature of 25c gazing at the snow capped Olympic mountains. It felt...More

This busy park was close to the place we rented while staying in Seattle. We went to the park one evening to watch the sunset and it's a nice park on the water with lots of activity. There were birthday parties, kids playing soccer, and...More
