Without downgrading Seattle's other fine institutions of higher education, UW is a world class university for your children to attend whether undergrads or grad students. It is also a fine place as an urban university to explore, for its park like setting, its mix of old and new architecture, arts and sciences museums and music, dance and theatrical offerings. Worthy... More

We visited UW on a guided tour to see the cherry blossoms, and it was worth the drive! What a beautiful campus.

I'm in love with this university especially their cherry blossoms. Hard to take a picture worthy for a canvas since the place is always packed.

With all the history and exceptional beauty, this is a campus you don't want to miss. Even if you're not shopping for a school, it is a must see - especially in April. The quad is full of the world famous cherry blossom trees and on a clear day, you can see "The fountain and the Mountain."

We had lunch at the school food court, but there wasn't much of a variety. This campus was super easy to get to by train, the... More

Went on a college tour. Campus is very pretty. We got to see cherry trees at the end of their bloom. The library is beautiful and I wished I could have curled up with a book in the room.

Visited this campus briefly last week to meet a new friend and was impressed with what I saw. Loved the architecture of the buildings, the buzz and energy of the place. I sat in one that friend's music lesson and it was a great experience. The Cherry Blossom trees outside the Music building were gorgeous and you can't stop taking... More

Beautiful and well maintained campus. Also large and spread out. Must go thru gatehouse (several are around campus area) to get a visitor pass. Friendly and helpful staff at gatehouse.
