The folks at Tillicum were super friendly. Very warm hospitality, tasty salmon lunch and great program with fantastic stories and dances. Great for kids and grownups.

This cruise/excursion was well worth it. The ride over on the ferry was very relaxing. The tour guild really new the history of the area and was able to answer all of my questions. Once we arrived to Blake Island State park, we stepped into a long house and were treated to a traditional Salmon dinner. After wards there was... More

My wife and I are hosting a friend from France, and as this is her first time to the US, she's never seen or experienced any Native American culture. We thought this might be a good excursion for her, but sadly we were wrong. I'd been on this tour once when I was young (about 11 or 12), and maybe... More

Well-organised boat trip to Blake island with a buffet meal included in the price. You are given a cup of clam soup on arrival at the island and can then watch salmon being roasted on an open fire before the lunch. Later there was a live show by Native Americans about their culture including dancing and storytelling. Really enjoyed the... More

This is a four to five hour excursion that takes you to Blake Island and puts on both lunch and a show. The food was excellent and the show was very informative. You can meet the dancers after the show and they will answer questions. You are greeted by a member of the dancers and served a snack upon arrival.... More

It was really nice, the boat ride, the food, and service was great. I expected a nicer boat, the seats were just some old chairs they put on the boat, not made for the boat, however it did the job. The boat packed a lot of people on , but it is handicap accessible. The food was great. The show... More

Boat ride spectacular, tour guide Chris was great, very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Loved to tell stories, he really got into sound effects. Cute. The food was ok, "not the best salmon I've tasted " said my husband. I loved the bread! About the show, the stories told were very interesting. I agree with other reviews. It was hokie, why was... The ride on the boat from seattle was very pleasant. As usual there were snacks aboard, and photo ops to photograph seattle from the sound.Tilicum village was not that impressive at all. The show was OK, but not great. It really reminded me of a native American Luau. The salmon whis was billed as the best quality ever, wasn't that... More

I have lived in Seattle for about 3 years. This was my first time going on the Tillicum Village Excursion. Everyone I have met told me they haven't gone since they were little. Now I see why, its more of a do it once type thing. The cruise from Seattle was really nice. There was a bar and small candy/popcorn... More

Booked this four hour cruise, lunch(all you can eat), and show. Argosy offers a senior discount. You depart from the dock on Alaskan Way to the island. The cruise is narrated as you see points of interest and enjoy the breeze. Upon arrival, you meet the symbolic chief and are greeted by a cup of clams in delicious nectar. The... More
