Stopped by while exploring the city. It was a cool place to see, great photo op. Wish there was a little more detail to the history of the site. If in the area I would suggest to see it.

We were told about this so found it on Google Maps. A bit hard to drive to but worth 5 minutes to go by. A surprising site, as you can see by the pictures on this site. Perversely enjoyable.

Seattle has a lot that is kind of quirky, unique, and interesting, beyond just the inhabitants. The Fremont Troll is a good example of how to draw attention to an otherwise unremarkable bridge foundation by drawing on the competitive creativity of the local art community...More

If you're in this area of Seattle, seeing the Troll is a must. Parking can be pretty limited close to him so if you find parking where you are, just walk. Please don't write on the troll!

Well not the entire wall, just a piece of it. At the bottom of Troll Ave there is a piece of the Berlin Wall and at the top you will find the Fremont Troll both are great photo opportunities. Troll Ave is all uphill from...More

We probably would have missed the famous troll if not clued to it by our daughter. The troll is a wonderful reflection of Seattle's delightful artistic and humorous side. Lurking under the highway 99 bridge, the huge troll is a magnet for photo fiends and...More

This is a great photo opportunity in all directions, not just the troll! We had fun taking photos. Generally I’m not a fan of trolls but this one did find a place on my heart.

I should have done a bit of research before we walked the 3+ miles from Belltown Pub to the troll. I'm sure it would have made for a much better experience. As it was, we arrived right before the sun set and were greeted by...More

The troll is delightful and quirky. I would not plan your whole day around him, but he is worth a little walk with fun friends. Plan on five minutes of enjoyment out of this stop.
