This review is only for the river float experience. I normally river float with Leavenworth Outdoor Center but decided to give another company a shot. I called before booking online to ask about 1) how many miles the float trip is and 2) how long it currently takes to float. The lady who answered my call said 1) I don't know and 2) about 1.5 hrs. On the day of the float trip, we checked in and got dropped off at a starting point, which I thought everything was straightforward. But it turns out the whole float is a lot shorter than expected, taking only 40 minutes from the launch site to the end. Sure, it depends on the day, but I called to ask 3 days prior to booking and within that 3 day period, there was no rain or any other factor that would have dramatically fasten the water flow. If you are looking to float (which I strongly recommend!) Leavenworth Outdoor Center is a way better option. It's 2 dollars more, but you get AT LEAST 30 more minutes as they drop you off way further up in Icicle Creek.

I have used this company to raft the Teiton River three times now and this year was BY FAR the very best!! Our raft lead was GARRIN and he was fantastic...knowledgeable and extremely reassuring! I had my 12 year old granddaughter with me and her 12 year old best friend and Garrin made 100% sure that I was comfortable with him keeping them safe during the entire trip. Braden was also extremely knowledgable and gave the pre-launch class...they are a great team and we will be back again next year for sure with some potential VIP guests as long as we can have Garrin and Braden as our guide's! THANK YOU GARRIN!

My mom, sister, and I all travelled to Washington for a mother/daughter trip to visit a cousin in Tacoma. We had white water rafting on our bucket list so we all decided to make a day of it. We are so glad that we did! We got there, got suited up, received instructions, and then it was time to do it - literally right there on site is where we put in. It was constant movement - some rapids more exhilarating than others. The weather and the scenery was beautiful. Brandon was our guide and I felt that he put us exactly where we needed/wanted to be on the river according to our excitement. We took a van back to "camp" when we were done and he made us a perfect steak with sides. If I had a suggestion, it would be to 1) DO IT! 2) Bring a towel to dry off with when you get back. Also note that there isn't an area to change clothes (at least not that we noticed and we didn't bother to ask). We changed in and around our vehicle. This has no bearing on our excellent trip and our review. We absolutely LOVED it and would recommend it 100%! Three of us had never experienced white water rafting and one of us had and we all thought it was a well worth and exciting trip!!!

Go anywhere but this company. They do not seem to care about the people using their services. Know that they drop you off but do not pick you up. You have to walk back into town wet. They do not let you know that you cannot leave your things at their facility so was told to buy a dry bag which I did. BUT right before we were to leave the clerk gave away to the people coming with free dry bags. The clerk said we would all get free bags but my CC was charged.

Thank you for your Trip Advisor Review. Hopefully you did not get to wet floating on the river. We do charge for dry bags if someone does not want to get any of their items wet. But, as convenience for our guests if a someone comes in who wants to purchase an item we can easily add it to their reservation as we already have their credit card information on file. This really works great if you don't want to bring a credit card on the river. If people would rather leave things in the cars or if you are staying at a local hotel and leave your items there that works also. As you noticed our shop is very small and we do not have lockers in our store.

Wow, what an amazing day! The water was cool the sun was out! People tubing everywhere. For sure wait for the frisbees, to help you steer down the river. Didn’t get much direction at the beginning or end. First we weren’t really sure where to end. But someone was there to stop you on a paddle board. As far as going back, we had to ask okay where do we go now? You walk up the hill and then there was the check in point. It would be helpful with more directions. Other than that, I would for sure do it again, but with wine for sure!
