It was close to our hotel but we thought it was very expensive - just for a view. But we were only there for the day and we didnt regret it.

I already review this with the Columbia center but cannot say enough goo about this place. Much more of a relaxing atmosphere than the Space Needle and better for anyone traveling with the "not so young and healthy". I would like to suggest going on...More

Very expensive food but with an outstanding view of the city. It revolves this way you can see the city in every view. Make sure you make a reservation at least two days because it fills up fast.

Spectacular views, much better than the Space Needle. This is kind of plain vanilla place, but the views cannot be beat. Price is very reasonable at $9/adult, $6/seniors. Took a group from out of town and they loved it. Makes it very easy for out...More

definitely feels like you are in an office building. The cafe had good beer and wine, but the food looked really gross and they wouldn't let you take drinks out of the cafe area which seems silly if you are trying to enjoy the view....More

Not only are there wonderful views (it was a clear, sunny day), but lots of interesting historic and current information within the observatory.

The nice things about the Sky View Observatory was a reasonable price, no crowds and the view. The downside was we went on a overcast day. But hey, it's Seattle. Still it was enjoyable and worth the experience.

We did this first because it was higher. It was a terrific view and not crowded and easy to find. Although we enjoyed it we enjoyed the Space Needle more so you only do one observatory view I would choose the Needle.

Amazing view. Was surprised that it was not very crowded on a Sunday. Plenty of seating, could easily sit for a while and enjoy the view.
