A wonderful location for a unique and fun experience for an after wedding reception, the grounds were well kept, the venue was great for all ages, the food was adequate, the service was friendly and efficient, the atmosphere was was lively and perfect for a crowd that was well mixed in age and not too uptight....

This is a great zoo (although the kids think it would be much better with elephants). The animals all look well cared for and their habitats seem clean. There is a great indoor play area for kids 6 and under and the carousel is a smile generator. This is highly recommended if you have children or just love animals

This zoo is great for a short visit. You can make it longer if you like there is tons to do. Look for discounts you can usually find one. The best time to go is in the morning when first open. It gets busy by 11. The animals are great and so are all the exhibits.

We visited the zoo as part of the Seattle Pass. It was well worth the visit - the zoo was easily walked in one day and there were several viewing platforms for each animal so you never missed seeing anything. Parking was easy and cheap (about $6 for the day) and we really enjoyed the fact that the zoo is... More

It seemed very strange 4 adults going to the zoo without any children it was great, but if you did have kids they would love it too Nice layout, wide walk ways, directions boards well positioned and it had a lovely feel about it. The animals looked well cared for and happy, and a real good variety . My favourite... More

We left our Alaskan Cruise boat, and drove to the zoo. It was a great family thing to do after the cruise. We arrived about 11:30, on a sunny day! We were early enough to get good parking. We visited about half the zoo, and then had lunch at the large cafeteria. We were able to eat outside at one... More

It's great place for kids and adults. Lots of animals across including reptilrs. We had good day and saw lion, tiger, snow Leopard and jaguar all awake and active. Also saw lot of other animals and kids had great time. Food court inside the zoo is good to recover calorie loss due to walking :)Also watched lot of other animals.... More

This is a very nice small zoo. There were several empty exhibits and at least one trail was closed while being worked on. The bird feed station is a must see and do. The birds are just fun to be around. The Food Pavilion had great choices and lots of seating. We arrived at the west gate where the penguins... More

We went during the week to avoid the crowds which worked because not many people there. It is about $20 to get in for an adult. The person in the ticket area was quite friendly and helpful. The map was helpful to get a sense of the different continental areas the wildlife inhabit (& plants grow) outside the zoo. The... More
