Enjoy a Day at the Zoo

Very nice property - very clean and tastefully manicured lawns and gardens. Animals appear very well taken care of. Great day activity for all ages.

We went the day after Thanksgiving in the afternoon and the zoo wasn't crowded,Black Friday at the zoo. We were a little late for the concessions, but the zoo is small enough you don't really need food. The Woodland Park has most of the animals you are hoping to see in nice enclosures, lions, tigers, bears and a komodo dragon.... More

We brought our little one year old grandson, who is an animal fan, and we had a great day. The animals are easily seen, the view is good, the flow of visitors is good. Overall a very enjoyable zoo for an afternoon

This is a beautiful zoo - not the biggest or the best but perfect for a day with the family!! We didn't love the food available - so next time I would pack a picnic - there are beautiful places to have a picnic lunch. If you chase Pokemon then it's super fun for the kids.

It's a great zoo. Of course, comparing to the Brazilian one this one is GREAT! BUt since I've been to the Denver Zoo, I must say this one is not as good as the Denver one. It's clean, is beautiful, organized, big, in fact HUGE. But is not well paved and organized and big as the Denver zoo. The great... More

The zoo was a nice zoo to visit, I would categorize it as average, it was nice but not stellar. Worth a visit.

Very nice zoo. With a lot of various animals. Has farm animals too. Very nice and big. We went three times and didn't finish the whole zoo. Maybe because we had a baby with us 😏

Visited the Zoo using our City Pass and the local bus from Downrown Seattle - easy! The zoo itself is a delight to visit, with large, naturalistic provision for most of the animals, and knowledgeable staff/volunteers who happily share their knowledge, specially once you show an interest. Because of the style of the zoo you might find some animals have... More

Excellent walkability. Just the right size, but with enough to fill the bigger part of a day. Amazing food choices, the gift shops are reasonably priced, and the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. My main complaint is that you have to pay to park.
