One of those days you will never forget. My friends and I were amazed for 6 hours straight. I was not sure whether to take pictures or just keep looking. The food was great, the guide, the pilot were super nice, the hike was not hard, the air was fresh. We chose the option to travel both ways in the helicopter, absolutely recommended!

My fiancé and I went on this hike during our stay in Seattle and it was more amazing then we could have ever imagined! We saw breath taking views and had fun along the way. Michael is extremely knowledgeable and knew where the best views were.

We would rate Michael 5/5 on service, safety, friendliness, and adventure. Michael is meticulous in his planning and making the customer experience enjoyable is his top priority. Michael took us on a 2 day customized itinerary of Mt Rainier National Park at the end of September 2020. In the booking process, he called us to review the itinerary, provided us suggestions, and planned alternatives in case of inclement weather. On day 1, he promptly arrived to pick us up in his well maintained, spacious, and clean van. We wore masks in the van and maintained proper social distancing, and he also provides masks and sanitizer for use. We felt very safe the entire time. One section of Route 410 was closed during our trip, so he graciously took us the long way around (2+ hours more) to Sunset Visitor Center for our hike. When booking an excursion with Michael, you have the option to make your adventure as relaxed or challenging as you would like. Michael also provided plenty of water, snacks and lunch (he works with a local catering company that can adapt to your diet). In addition, he brought his gas stove on our hikes, so it was great to have hot coffee and soup at the top of the mountains. Michael was great with customizing the trip, adapting it on the second day based on how tired we were, and pointing out the wildlife and landscape. He is an expert and knows pretty much everything there is to know about Mt Rainier and its history. We saw deer, black bears, and marmots on our hikes. We would highly recommend Michael and his company Nature Nuts Travel and would not hesitate to reach out again next time we are in Seattle!

I am not sure where to even begin! Michael was the ultimate pro from beginning to end and our trip certainly tested him! Our trip was right at the beginning of the wildfires/smoke coming into Seattle. Michael called approximately 1 week prior to our date to inquire about our lodging to ensure correct pick up place. Once my husband and I, our older daughter and her boyfriend boarded the shuttle van Michael shared with us his knowledge of the area along the way. I learned so much from him just with that, lol. We had to take a few detours due to unforeseen road closures because of the fires but he did not let that change his attitude. Instead, he assured us that we would get us to the park, and he did! Once we were in the park I was amazed again at his knowledge, personality and interaction with the four of us. He knew when to engage and when to hold back to let us take in the environment. Michael was very patient with us and the many questions I am sure I asked. It was great talking with him at lunch (which was so delicious) and various spots throughout our tour. He has definitely left a great lasting impression with us. In spite of the slight delay that we had getting to the park I feel that he did not rush us through nor skip over various sights as we arrived back in the city a few hours later than expected (by my estimation). You should definitely book a tour - any of them that Nature Nuts offers. You will not regret it!

One of the best customer services I have ever encountered! They have been above and beyond is communicating with us! Sadly, due to wildfires we had to cancel our trip! We are devastated, but they have been amazing!!! I can’t wait to get there to where we c an actually go with them! They are kind, courteous, responsive and just amazing!
