Such a great time last night. Taught so much and had a great experience making new wedding rings. The detail in everything taught, everything done and the final product was beyond any expectation.

We had a great knife making class for my husband's birthday! The whole experience was 3 hours. Matt was a great teacher! The class was small enough to offer a lot of guidance. We would definitely recommend this class to anyone looking for a fun and unique experience!

I booked a Forge a Knife from a Horseshoe class for both me and my husband after seeing it advertised on Airbnb, and it did not disappoint! The class was small (10 people) so the instructor could help and oversee as needed, actually almost as soon as you needed. The instructor was very friendly, helpful, and explained things clearly and well. Class was a lot of fun, and we went from a half a horseshoe to a functional knife at the end of class! Highly recommend.

This was so much fun! I went to the bottle opener class with my 10 year old and it was honestly the best time we’ve had together in a while. Our instructor, Matt, was a patient and helpful teacher. We felt very safe the whole time and my son walked away feeling good about the experience and we have a fanta bottle opener now! Yay! I’d recommend this three hour class to any one in a heartbeat!

3 hours class making a knife from a horseshoe. Great fun, wonderful studio space, great instructors who really enjoy their craft and teaching. My friend who also took the class is 79, I’m 75 and she and I had no problem completing the project. Extremely well organized studio and instruction!

I appreciate being trusted to follow directions and do the work without too much assistance from staff. Everyone’s project was a little different due to creative freedom. The staff provided the right amount of help and support. We were always engaged. It was a meaningful, educational alternative to typical tourist attractions when the weather was too bad for parks. The knife and the experience is the coolest souvenir/memory from our Seattle trip. The shirts are cool, too. Check out the location a little early so you’re on time. It’s a little confusing.

I actually forged my own knife from a chunk of leftover horseshoe. The instructors, Buddy and Jack, did an outstanding job of walking us through every step of the forging process - but we really did the bulk of the work (including putting and removing the metal piece from the furnace and working it with a hammer - awesome!). I understand that they have other options to make things like bottle openers - check it out.
