This is a fantastic little 1h tour to do. Our guide, Clay, was hilarious and painted a great picture of the history of the city. It was amazing to actually see the evolution of the city with your own eyes as you went through the...More

The tour showed an interesting part of Seattle’s history. I enjoyed it but it is not for everyone. It’s not one continuous underground tour but rather a series of three or four short underground excursions. Lots of stairs and musty smelling, but fun and interesting.

I was super excited for this tour. I went on a Saturday morning on a beautiful day outside and was mindblown at the size of our tour group. There were probably 20 people to one speaker and there were several groups touring at a time,...More

Very informative and interesting tour. The tour guides make the tour interesting and worthwhile. Very interesting history of Seattle. There is some walking to different spots in Pioneer Square. Be prepared to walk down some tight stairs to go underground, underneath the sidewalks. Really cool...More

I was sceptical initially but everybody was talking about it; and I understand why. We had great fun. Our guide Lisa was great and very informative as well as funny. You have a fairly long intro before going underground but you do see a lot...More

90 minutes, seemed like 15 minutes. Guide Clay was an entertainer with great delivery and it was educational. The city was initially a backward slum that actually built itself up. The original city under the present city matches so many other "buried cities" around the...More

This is definitely a tourist “thing to do” and in reading the reviews Bill Speidels is one of the best around, you do go underground! However depending who you have as a guide can make or break your tour, ours could hardly remember any of...More

Took the tour yesterday, expected a boring history tour...got the opposite...it was amazing! Our guides, Eric and Dean, were not only extremely knowledgeable about everything Seattle, but their humor made the tour so much more fun. Helpful, knowledgeable and funny to the max!❤

Sorry, my response was somewhat gobblygook. The terminal is about 2.5 miles away from The tour location, Pioneer Sq. Walkable, but very long.

If you are near the Pier 50 it would be around 6 blocks. But remember the streets of Seattle are a bit irregular or on hills so if you plan to go with luggage is not the best recommendation. If you have the time to walk is a... More
