A bit hokey- but also unique- a nice bit of history that becomes more interesting by the decade

I did this when I first came to Seattle, forty years ago. I found it fascinating at the time. Just for fun I did it again. Amazingly, I wasn't bored. I'd forgotten most of what I'd seen and it is an interesting footnote in Seattle history. Bill Speidel did Seattle- and all of us- a service - by preserving this... More

At the last minute I decided to book this tour before heading to the airport and I'm so glad I did because it became one of the trip highlights! Seattle's history is fascinating on its own, but our guide Allie added a whole new level of fun with her speedy wit and sense of humor. Even though I didn't get... More

Enjoyed this tour. The staff was very professional and friendly the downstairs was really creepy yet perfectly done. This is not a tour for people with disabilities there is no elevator or wheelchair access. The host on the tour was very knowledgeable. Sorry I forgot her name but will include a photo. She was awesome. We took our 1 year... More

Fun activity for families with teenagers. Our son enjoyed it a lot. Quirky tour with very entertaining guide, Clay. Explore Seattle's fascinating and somewhat eccentric history.

We decided to do the ghost hunting tour. You get assigned a vest full of ghost hunting equipment and a short tutorial on how to use it all. We then went into a couple of different spots in the Seattle underground. It's not the full underground tour and you don't get many stories except about a few of the ghosts.... More

To me, this was nothing more than visiting glorified, gentrified basements. What I thought would be tunnels and exploration, was popping in and out of underground store fronts. The history the guide told was kinda cool and was the only saving grace for me. I would not recommend this.

I'm a bit of a history nerd so I loved this tour. It was a great way to get out of the rain and the guides were hilarious. I was fascinated by how Seattle became the city it is today, especially because the history is closely entwined with the "crapper." The humor and history definitely make this worth your while!

We did the adult version of the tour at 7 pm with Keyon. It was certainly worth it, he has a great sense of humor, dirty which is great kids are not around as well as a strong background in the history of Seattle. It's a good thing to do before dinner, nice to walk around the area.

Was suggested that this tour was a must see. I personally thought it was ok. Boring. You could tell the person doing the tour had done it a hundred times. I would suggest that if your in Seattle give it a try. Not my cup of tea.

The information on the tour is excellent about Seattle. It really is a tour of a big basement. Starts and finishes at a nice bar.
