Hear stories of con artists, gamblers, business men (some of them honest), women-of-negotiable-virtue, and others who flooded Seattle in 1897 during the Klondike Gold Rush. Walk the same sidewalks and see the original buildings that housed the Saloons, Dance Halls, Gambling Houses, and Brothels. A 90 minute walking tour that perfectly compliments an Alaskan cruise.

Found this tour through Groupon, but this would have so been worth it at the full price...but maybe I'm just a history buff. Rick does an awesome job of bringing the Klondike Gold Rush, and Seattle influence on it, to life.

My traveling is always to destinations where I have friends. But when I'm in new places I need to know about the local history and culture. Of eight days in Seattle, this Untamed Tour was the best use of my time.
