A must see unique photographic opportunity to an interesting Gold Rush era building. Very unusual construction!

This is more like an information spot but looking at the building's architecture and facade is interesting. It's from the gold rush era so its a little bit of history that you don't usually get to see up close.

Very interesting building facade. Worth a fly by while walking through Skagway. Something you wont see anywhere else I expect.

lots of driftwood nailed to the outside creating a design. worth a few minutes to take photos of... didn't go inside. had to wonder how much longer the driftwood will last before it disintegrates. right on the main street.

I am not sure where else you would be able to view such a building. It is free to look at and photograph, though we did not opt to go inside. The exterior was worth the few minutes to photograph.

You can't miss this building while walking downtown Skagway. According to our tour guide this building is one of the most photographed buildings in Skagway.

When hopping off the cruise ship just walk by and give it a quick look. It's pretty cool seeing all the woof on the building..

Whenever I go to Skagway, I always think of (and stop by) this building. It is one of the most architecturally interesting buildings I've seen and the history behind it is fascinating, especially if you combine it with the White Pass Railroad trip from Carcross,...More
