We had a good experience, mainly because it didn't rain. the campsite is small, and the camping pitches even smaller. However, seasoned travellers that we are with our 5 Jack Russell terriers we parked our caravan and put up our perimeter doggie fence and there was plenty of room to relax after that. I think we were unlucky as other... More

Very small space for tents, dirty bathrooms, smelly kichen, rude and unwelcoming lady in charge of the place.

Charlottenlund fort is quite big, you can lay on both sand and grass, there are toilets near the main entrance and on the middle of the beach, there are also to small "cafes" where you can buy coffee, ice cream ect. During summertime you can borrow beach toys, sand toys ect for free. It is also fun to take a... More

This review is focused more on the campsite coffee shop. The location is close to the beach and makes an ideal stop off point if you need refreshments during an early morning walk, jog or cycle ride. The coffee is tasty and the bread, even though from a bake off concept, is very nourishing.

This is a nice fort right on the water next to some open beach type area that you can walk. The fort is cool and has some cannon embankments. It's not a long stop but it's nice

There are canons...with a nice view. Other than that not much fun. We were in the area and came across this sight and was a bonus. There is a cafe type restaurant close by...best pizza sandwich I probably ever had in my life.

Location- location - location. You are located either behind the moulds or on the top overlooking Sweden. Great place for students. You can walk the cost line, go for a swim in the not so deep waters - no sharks (to cold) - under water fishing is great - near Jorden Rundt (In the old days we had electrical busses... More

This beach is a sort of all around. There's a place for everything. If you want to simply daze slowly away in the sun, play football with your friends, enjoy a lovely barbecue or even look at historical buildings/cannons you can do just that! I've personally had tons of good experiences with this place and every time I visit it... More
