We spent 4 nights here in our camper van having driven from the UK. We had already booked and the site was pretty full. Decent sized but open pitches, the fort was lovely and the beach was great for evening strolls. We were pleased with...More

My family and I often walk the dog around the fort. A friendly and relaxed atmosphere. This is where you want to be on a sunny day!

Charlottenlund is an affluent area in Copenhagen and the camp is within the walls of a pre-WW1 fort. On the downside: although the pitches are within the fort's defensive walls it is, ironically, the least well defended site I've been to as the whole area,...More

Very small space for tents, dirty bathrooms, smelly kichen, rude and unwelcoming lady in charge of the place.

This is a nice fort right on the water next to some open beach type area that you can walk. The fort is cool and has some cannon embankments. It's not a long stop but it's nice
