Wow--imagine kayaking through sideways snowfall, taking in eagles, sea lions, waterfowl, and snowy coastline. What an amazing adventure we had! I was lucky enough to pick up a brochure of Adventure Sixty North when I was staying at the Van Gilder Hotel earlier this season. The fact that they did year-round tours and adventures caught my eye. When I had... More

Thank you Adventure Sixty North! My brother and I had a really good time! Shout out to Sunny and Rick for one of the most memorable kayaking trips and my first ever one in Winter! The only one opened during Winter.

We kayaked around Aialik Glacier in the Kenai Fjords, it was an incredible and frankly indescribable experience. The boat ride there was as interesting as the kayaking, with lots of wildlife and natural beauty to see.

Monica, Rick, Jay, and Indie (the resident canine) were very friendly. We did the 3-4 hour Tonsina kayak trip, Jay was our guide and was quite knowledgeable about the area we were in as well as the wildlife there. The weather was perfect, the scenery was breathtaking and the only drawback I can think of is that I could have... More

This was a fantastic excursion. We took the helicopter out to the glacier which by itself was amazing to get close views of the glacier and the icebergs. Our guide Rachael was fantastic and made our trip even more fantastic. She wanted to make sure we had a great day and let us set the pace for the afternoon. She... More

A60N has well packaged trips and tours. Eddie took us on the kayak to the glaciers. And Ryan to the Exit Glacier hike. Both were knowledgeable, patient, and made the trip safe and fun. I would recommend this place and especially these two guides.

We went sea kayaking; saw porpoises, seals and eagles. The guide was informative, but relaxed. We enjoyed the pace of the trip; not too easy or too hard. They picked us up at our hotel for the evening trip. Very glad they cancelled the morning trip as it was very windy and would not have been very relaxing.

I did the kayaking day tour at Aialik Glacier. I travelled alone so I was very happy that Adventures Sixty North had 1 seat available as most kayaking trips require a minimum of 2 people (they use 2-person tandem kayaks). My guide was Meagan and she was awesome! She made sure I had the proper clothing to stay warm for... More

We had a great trip. Our guide was professional but lighthearted. The views were obviously the highlight of the trip, but I'd recommend A60N to anyone trying to decide between guiding companies for an adventure out of Seward.

Rachel was our guide. We three were the only people in the whole bear lake. It was so calm and serene. She was very helpful during heavy wind in the middle of our kayaking session. While returning we got to see the whole Harding ice field via helicopter. Overall it was a wonderful experience and I definitely recommend it.
