I am a 68-year-old grandmother who always wanted to zipline but never had the opportunity...until Stoney Creek Canopy Adventures in Seward. It was as exciting that I hoped it would be and it was SAFE. I paid very close attention to their safety techniques and measures before I got off the ground and especially after we got to the treetops. The two associates who guided us through multiple zips consistently used verbal sign-offs before every zip, every person. We were attached to a secure safety harness 100% ++ of the time, no exception. Equipment was sound and directions clear. It was so much fun!

Great way to spend a few hours in Seward!

This was such a great experience! The guides, Sarah and Zac, were so engaging and made us all feel safe throughout the tour. The pre-trip safety briefing was thorough and prepared us well for a fun day flying through the trees. Get ready for plenty of amazing views, thrilling zips, and world class jokes (haha)! Huge thank you to the whole team for a memorable day in Seward!

What an adrenaline rush this was, one of the best ziplines I've been on. Beautiful scenery, and the guides were outstanding. I want to go back to Seward just to do this again. Very safe and professional, family friendly.

We had a lot of fun, saw an amazing view. For the first time it was scary, but then soo exiting,that we even cried for how beautiful our nature is . I advice for everybody to go there. I felt myself safety because the guides were so nice and cool.

I booked our zipline adventure a month in advance. The day we were supposed to go it was raining pretty heavily. We didn't want to go zipping through the rain/mist so I went to the shop and explained that I fully understood the cancellation policy and asked if it was possible to go a different day if there were openings. The older man said "no" and the woman sitting next to him said "absolutely"! Together they decided to ask the boss and call us with an answer. Never heard a word back from them or got a return call to my messages. Total loss financially and experientially. The only bummer part of our vacation...everywhere else rocked!

Does it get any better?

Our group enjoyed this experience so much! I'm positive that part of the fun was due to the best guides ever: Robby and Jeremy. They kept us laughing the entire time. We felt very safe and thought the company did a great job with everything from beginning to end. We HIGHLY recommend this company!!!

This group works as a team. They are entertaining pure experts, with their ultimate goal being your safety. While showing you how enjoyable this sport is. We have a severe fear of heights. So this adventure was a must do for us. Our guides Tyler and Matt, aka, Josh. Were so professional and ensuring of our knowledge of what we were doing. They made you feel so secure and invinsible to your fear. Their multiple Safety devices and safety backup procedures made you feel so confident you were safe in their command. This is the most beautiful seating for this sport and you definitely get the most bang for your buck. It was so wonderful to have experienced this with two young men who truly love their jobs.

Fun in the Trees

The activity promoters offered various residents and businesses employees the opportunity to try out the new adventure activity for Seward. Myself and two employees joined took them up on the offer and truly loved the experience. A lot of work had gone into making the activity safe, fun, easy enough for young ages over 10 years, but yet a thrill of all ages! Our little group consisted of 1 late teen and two 65 year old ladies. They showed great patience in their training run to be sure all understood the skills needed for safe zip-lining.

The activity was not just zip-lining, but included two rappels from platforms and 4 sky bridges. The variety of the ziplines and the mix of the other activities made for an unforgettable afternoon. The staff was patient, informative and friendly making sure each person had a good experience.

We will be highly recommending it to guests at our Seward B&B for a unique experience up HIGH in the woods. Travelers need to know that little hiking is required, as the zipliners are driven up the mountain road in a truck vehicle. No hiking makes this activity one that can be enjoyed by persons with some limited abilities or older in age. Highly recommend!

We loved it and our guides were awesome!! Austin and Tara did a fabulous job😊 I highly recommend this adventure to anyone visiting Seward and ready for a break from fishing and water activity.

Highlight of our trip!

We enjoyed our ziplining and it was the highlight of our trip. My 3 kids ages 12-15 loved it and I would definitely do this again. The staff was fantastic!
