This was a great tour! The crew was so friendly and helpful, they were very attentive to the needs of our children as well. The boat is so comfortable! We loved touring around on it and we were lucky enough to see dolphins! The captain was very respectful and kept his distance, but we got a few great sightings including some cow calf pairs with tiny baby dolphins! They took us to a few beautiful places to snorkel. My son who is 8 was brave and went snorkeling in water deeper than his head for the first time using a noodle the crew lent him. We had a great time on this boat and highly recommend! It is especially great for groups if you can charter the whole boat for yourself! You can spend the same amount of money to go on a big boat that takes tons of tourists, but if you want a truly personalized experience, try Kona Aloha Tours.

Very nice, comfortable boat. Captain Ko and Anouk were great at finding whales which was our primary objective with the charter. We also stopped at a bay for swimming that was beautiful. Captain Ko is clearly a wildlife enthusiast- he dropped the hydrophone into the water and we heard humpback songs - we shared stories of dolphin encounters and the best place to see sea turtles in Kona. 10/10 would go back out with this crew. Thank you for a wonderful morning on the water. Until next time, Aloha!

Koichiro is absolutely adorable & amazing! He’s so friendly & accommodating! We felt like celebrities on his BEAUTIFUL boat for the day! Great for everyone! Adults, kids, couples! Highly recommend this company! We are definitely coming back soon!!

An amazing experience!!!
Talk about exceeding expectations!!
My friends and I had SUCH a great time!! The captain really catered to our needs to what we wanted to do, where we wanted to go and was so attentive to making sure the adults and kids were having a great time!

Me and my family had great time out in the water with this company.
My son still talks about the boat and dolphins that we saw from the boat.
Can't wait to visit the Island in the winter for the humpback whale season.

It’s great experience! My sons were a little nervous at first, but the crew was very friendly and helpful so my sons really enjoyed. We really had a great time! Highly recommend!!

Captain Koichiro and Cameron gave my family an experience we will never forget! Aside from seeing tons of Mantas, they were professional, kind and completely thorough. We had three kids and a nervous mom and they were very helpful. I can’t recommend them enough!!!! If there were more than 5 stars I would give it.

Best kept secret on Big Island. Our Family, with three kids ages five through 10 had the most incredible privately tailored tour for snorkeling. The captain and his mate are so knowledgeable which was great for first time snorkelers .We loved it so much that we ended up booking the Manta tour for later that week. The captain and crew are amazing and go above and beyond to make sure you have the best experience. The pricing is such a deal for all that you’re getting. I’ve been looking for something as exclusive in a similar price point on other islands and still haven’t found it.

This is an absolute must do experience and with Aloha Kona Tours. With this company you have a private tour guide that can take you around in the water and go where the manta ray are located instead of just hoping they will come to you. It was simply amazing.

Hello, I just purchased the groupon for 4- it did not allow me to check the date when purchased there- the only day we can go is March 15 in the morning and when I went to book it in the morning there was no available time- I would please like this refunded so we can book the experience that Is available that day. Thank you.
