Our hotel was on this road so we were on it many times. The atmosphere we pleasant, the people friendly, and the views (can often see the ocean) nice. This is a touristy place though -- so don't expect a cultural experience.

This is a street you can either drive or walk down. Many shops, restaurants and sites to see. There is also a wonderful farmers market which is open 6 days a week.
