Best adventure we did in Kailua-Kona. I never thought we would see 4 Manta Rays and never believed they would swim so close to us. The staff educated us well and we all felt safe. Having the wet suits definitely helped keep us warm. It was a treat to also have hot chocolate and soup afterward. I was glad they could even describe several of the Rays beforehand, ie: "Amanda with the crocked fin", or the one with a scar that looks like a "7". When I spotted them I was even more excited.

Had an enjoyable morning trip with this company. The staff on the boat were fantastic, as was the food. A couple things to note: -Parking on-site is difficult and confusing, as several tours leave from the same small parking lot. You might have to park along the nearby street. Plan in time for that -The snorkel gear given is a little older and not ideal (a lot of water splashing into the tube, etc). Gear is sanitized after use, which we could see and appreciate. But if you have your own, or your rental property offers masks, use theirs -We did a SNUBA experience. The experience itself, as well as the guide, were excellent. While Fair Winds offers snuba on their website, it's actually run by an external company and Fair Winds won't give you much information on it in advance (we had to call to find out how to book it). You'll also need to bring payment for the SNUBA experience on the day. On the plus side, boat staff overall were excellent and did their best to try and keep COVID regulations in place. Better than some of the other guests, at least. It is an opportunity to snorkel an area that's difficult to reach by land. And sunscreen is plentiful throughout the boat!

Our family of six adults took this snorkel cruise January 2 as a Christmas present, and we had a blast! The staff was upbeat, fun, patient and helpful, and the safety aspects were all covered very well. Crystal clear waters with an abundance of sea life combined with the encouragement of the water guides made it comfortable for all of us to participate, including one in our group who couldn't even swim. The food was really delicious and we so enjoyed our time. Highly recommend!

Our family really enjoyed this cruise. We typically go out on large catamarans but this boat had more to offer. A smooth ride and slides and a high dive. The food was also healthy and delicious. Friendly and informative crew. Had a great time!
